    For the last two weeks, we have been providing excellent service to insurance agents who desire to use our website builder.

    Thanks to CrankShare's screen sharing, we can spend 30–40 minutes with each new subscriber. Your site will be up and running and be beautifully suited for your market niche.

    Agents are beginning to understand that NAAIP is a lead system. An incentive-based marketing lead generation tool. Selling big IUL, retirement planning whole life or group health policies to business owners is a great way to make a living. And giving away an ad-free NAAIP website to these business owners is a great way to start the conversation.

    The most impressive and important part of your website is the video in the header. A customized video is the way to go. 

    Tell any plumber or building trade professional to stand in front of his van, carrying his tool box and take a 15-second video. You will have a client and friend for life. You will be the plumber's marketing guru. The plumber will love you.

     

    Simultaneously, you will sell that plumber a huge insurance policy.  My estimation is that in three months, we will put advertisements on that plumber's website, and you will collect half the revenue that NAAIP collects.

    I do thank CrankShare for having a far superior screen sharing tool than Zoom, Dialpad and others. The permanent link for our CrankShare screen share is https://meeting.is/naaiporg. This link should exclusively be used by agents that are subscribers or want to be subscribers. We will spend time with you to ensure your success. CrankShare keeps separate the video and audio, which preserves the quality of the connection.

    There is some confusion on CrankShare's pricing for NAAIP members or those that click through CrankShare extended trial link: 

    A note from CrankShare's CEO. "Presently, our NAAIP referred lowest price doesn't really get shown until you've used up your unlimited free period, at that point you are offered the NAAIP lowest price, the yearly one (as well as monthly). But on our pricing page we are still highlighting team pricing which is a lot higher." 

    FYI: CrankShare and Zoom have the same pricing for the one-year subscription if you use NAAIP's Link.

     

    Another Great product that is suitable for agents that have websites (you).   2. I will cut to the chase. 

    The biggest mistake with NAAIP is that we did not offer to set up agents' websites on their personal domain name, hassle-free.  

    In another few weeks, our system will allow the agent to buy the NAAIP site, hosting and domain name from us.

    My ridiculous decision was to have insurance agents buy the domain from the registrar company (such as Hover.com) while implementing a step one and two (which only takes 3 minutes.) Ooops. 

    Meanwhile, for any three - month paid subscriber, I will buy the domain name for you and do the steps for you. Simple and efficient. 

    The second-biggest mistake was that we were using the wrong screen sharing technology in our sales presentations.  For the longest time, we were using "Dialpad meetings" which is similar to "Zoom." 

    These applications have a fatal flaw. The need for the client to click multiple buttons, make multiple decisions regarding download, audio, video, etc. Confusing as all heck to the client and ultimately, we stopped using screen sharing on sales calls. 

    Finally, I reached out to agents that sell Final expense, Medicare or Health insurance over the phone, and one by one they told me that they use CrankShare Screen Sharing.

    Bullet points of why CrankShare is better.

    • You send the link via email, sms or verbally and your prospect clicks and sees your screen. That is it. No confusion or options.
    • Perfect audio connection since you continue using your current telephone line (copper lines will have the best connection). 
    • The sales agent will know when the prospect no longer viewing. 
    • The sales agent chooses the URL clients are redirected to at the end of the meeting.
    • There is an option to hand the control over to the client if they need to log in to fill out forms or sign electronically.

    This is a needed tool for any insurance agent that sells over the phone. 

    I reached out to the CrankShare management, and after long discussions, they wanted NAAIP to integrate with their technology.

We are still far from the 21.5% when Jimmy Carter was president, but I suppose with our $31 trillion dollar federal debt, things can deteriorate rather quickly.

    These amounts are in dispute, as I believe my book of business and leads were sold by Family First Life (FFL). This (churning) is normal practice of FFL (per witnesses listed in the attached letter), and the action would have resulted in new policies being issued to my customers, thereby chargebacks to my account. FFL would have still made their commission on the churning sales. Therefore, on the FFL books, my chargeback will zero out the commission made on the churning. This means that FFL has not lost funds from my chargeback.

     While this is investigated, please refrain from contacting me further and from doing anything that would negatively impact my credit in any fashion. Such actions will add to my case against FFL.

    My name is Jana Edwards. I am a licensed insurance agent in my home State of Texas (among other states) and was under the IMO “Family First Life” from July 2021 – September 2021. During this time, I witnessed events which I believe are crimes that need to be reported to officials.

     

    I have been a victim of a premeditated and organized scheme to defraud using the Family First Life leads systems and lead systems owned by Integrity Marketing Group, including “MailPro Leads” and discounts offered through WorkSpots, who does not have an arms-length relationship with Family First Life.

     

    There is evidence that Family First Life premeditates aggravated White-Collar Crime by selling leads that target elderly, minority, and low-income persons. Additionally, agents are trained to lie to the public stating that they are “with the benefits office here in (your county)” and are told that the FTC Do Not Call Registry does not apply because agents are not calling in response to a form the client supposedly filled out (but the agents don’t see), not from a “list.”

     

    Lastly, during my brief tenure, Family First Life set false and unreal expectations for income to entice myself and other agents into the company and to purchase more leads.

     

    In this letter, it is my desire to produce evidence that will show the authorities what went on within Family First Life so that the company can be investigated and prevented from continuing to harm agents and the public:

    -          I am asking for help on behalf of myself and others who have been victims of fraud by Integrity Marketing Group and its subsidiaries, Family First Life, the Family First Life lead systems, WorkSpots, Sean Meaike, Brittni Jarrett, Zac Twardowski, Andrew Taylor, and others within Family First Life companies and Integrity Marketing Group.

    -          I am asking for a full investigation into White-Collar Crimes committed by Sean Meaike, Brittni Jarrett, Teyonna Tinker, Zac Twardowski, Andrew Taylor, and other managers within Family First Life companies and Integrity Marketing Group.

     

    -          I am asking for consideration for emotional damages and damages for time, effort and monetary loss due to fraudulent practices of Sean Meaike, Brittni Jarrett, Zac Twardowski, Andrew Taylor, Family First Life Capital, Family First Life Strength, Family First Life leads systems, Integrity Marketing Group and its subsidiaries.

    -          Further, I am asking for full release from chargebacks incurred from the practices of Family First Life companies and Integrity Marketing Group and that my “vested renewals” be paid to me immediately.

     

    Thank you in advance for your time and the effort that will go into investigating the following claims.

     

    1.      Premeditated and organized scheme to defraud agents using the Family First Life leads systems and lead systems owned by Integrity Marketing Group, including “MailPro Leads” and discounts offered through WorkSpots, who does not have an arms-length relationship with Family First Life

    a.      Brittni Jarrett continually states that through the Family First Life CRM “there is no shortage of exclusive leads,” while, in fact, the leads sold through the CRM are not instant and they are not exclusive as advertised.

    b.      Exclusive leads, known as CRM “Instant Internet Leads” were resold multiple times. I purchased these leads and received duplicates when purchasing through the same CRM leads system, Happy Agent Leads, Everquote Leads, etc. Thus, they were not of quality represented.

    c.       At the advice of Brittni Jarrett and other “trainers” I purchased $500-$1200 in leads per week. See attached leads purchased from Family First Life CRM during the month of August “MailPro Leads” totaling over $4900.00

    d.      When I broke $10,000 in income per week, I was suddenly unable to set appointments with the leads purchased. I was told to “buy more leads” because I was doing something wrong (suddenly) and the “leads are good”, I “wasn’t working the leads correctly”, etc.

    e.      After I was suddenly unable to set appointments, I was told to purchase better leads at $42 each. These were to be mailers that would be mailed on my behalf at the start of the campaign, and I would receive the responses electronically from Family First Life. When I received the leads, they were up to two years old and even addresses were incorrect. See receipts attached and email string with Leads Manager Teyonna Tinker.

    f.        When my sales suddenly “dried up” with the leads I was purchasing, I was encouraged to participate in “virtual sales” – see website https://www.fflvirtualsales.com/ where agents are told to purchase double the number of leads to be successful in virtual sales.

    g.      Family First Life agents are encouraged to join WorkSpots at $99 per month to get the lead discounts for the CRM leads. WorkSpots is an “office space membership” owned by Integrity Marketing Group and Sean Meaike. See email advertisement attached.

    h.      When calling the “exclusive” Instant Internet Leads, I was told by those I was calling that they had been called multiple times and they had told “us” to stop calling them “over and over again”. This proves that the leads were not exclusive and were resold multiple times.

    i.        MailPro Leads and other lead companies are affiliated with Family First Life, while Family First Life falsely maintained that they “are not a leads company”.

    j.        When looking for other lead vendors, I asked questions on various Family First Life Facebook pages. Upon mentioning other lead vendors outside of the CRM system, I was immediately banned from the Facebook groups.

    k.       Many times, I was told that another Family First Life agent had visited the client previously. In these instances, we were coached to help them shop for better policies – which resulted in a chargeback to the other agent (churning). Therefore, I have chargebacks (as my book of business would have been sold) and have not received my “vested renewals”.     i.      Agents at FFL were coached to sell Americo, who’s policies are expensive and easily replaced in “churning” activities.

    ii.       Additional information regarding “churning” and other “criminal activity” related to Integrity Marketing Group, Family First Life, Sean Maeike, https://www.naaip.org/community/topic/481-lead-selling-imo-class-action- lawsuit/page/3/#comment-1578

    l.        In addition to leads being recycled over and over, the leads sold by the Integrity Marketing Group of companies included people who were not even interested in purchasing insurance; another evidence of while-collar crime targeting elderly and impoverished.

    m.    As per Jimel Bronson’s (of Jacksonville, FL) recorded phone conversation with David from NAAIP, Mr. Bronson was a participant in Family First Life’s churning and fraud operations. Please contact David from NAAIP at 561-440-9245 for a recorded copy of the conversation.

     

    2.      Family First Life premeditates aggravated White-Collar Crime by selling leads that target elderly, minority, and low-income persons. Additionally, agents are trained to lie to the public stating that they are “with the benefits office here in (your county)” and are told that the FTC Do Not Call Registry does not apply because agents are not calling in response to a form the client supposedly filled out (but the agents don’t see), not from a “list.”

    a.      Training in Family First Life is done via YouTube videos and being involved in “Live Dial Days” with “trainers” or “successful” agents. In trainings, agents are coached to lie that we are from the “benefits office in (your county)” to get the people to listen to us. (See email with script from Brittni Jarrett)

    b.      The vast majority (I would say 99%) of people with whom I called and with whom I had appointments were low-income, elderly, fixed income, and minority. These appointments were set using leads from the Family First Life CRM lead system and it was very apparent that all the leads targeted low-income, elderly, and minority persons in all areas. I can produce lists with names, birthdays, and addresses of the leads.

    c.       In trainings, we were coached to respond to objections regarding the no call registry, or when told to “take me off your list”, that we were not calling from a list and to tell them that they “filled out a form asking us to call them” so we were told to say “the Do Not Call Registry does not apply to our call”.

     

    3.      Family First Life set false and unreal expectations for income to entice myself and other agents into the company and to purchase more leads.

    a.      Brittni Jarrett claims to make over $400,000 per year from setting appointments and continually states that this type of income is possible if agents follow the system and purchase at least $1000 worth of leads per week.     b.      Agents are made to believe that $10,000 of issue paid earnings is normal if agents are buying enough leads to set 10-15 appointments 4-days per week.

    c.       When I asked other agents how many leads they are buying, from what lead source, and to quantify net income after chargebacks, I began to discover that most agents were losing money. Within 24 hours of asking questions, I received a personal call from Zac Twardowski (manager above Brittni Jarrett). He told me to stop calling and questioning other agents. He stated that the system works when agents are willing to work and buy enough leads.

    e.      Family First Life is a “Multi-Level Marketing” company with a “Pyramid Scheme” that encourages growing a “downline” to earn passive income. (See VP Bonus Program attached) This sets unreal expectations for income, encourages recruitment using the unrealistic income model, and encourages the sale of over-priced Americo policies over other carriers based on their bonus structure.

     

    I cannot express the depth to which Integrity Marketing Group, Family First Life, Sean Meaike, Brittni Jarrett, and other managers have defrauded me and are harming the public, especially low-income, fixed-income, elderly, and minorities. If allowed, I will produce names of the leads I purchased so their age, race, and income status can be investigated by the authorities to prove my claims. I believe that Integrity Marketing Group, its subsidiaries, Family First Life, Sean Meaike, and his managers should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for crimes against agents, protected groups of citizens, and elderly abuse.

     

    I further believe that Integrity Marketing Group, Family First Life, Sean Meaike and his managers should be prosecuted for lead fraud, selling agents’ books of business when they leave, encouraging agents to sell to clients who have already been sold a policy by another agent, and other crimes associated with churning, lead fraud, and misrepresentation. The facts prove that Integrity Marketing Group, Family First Life, Sean Meaike, Brittni Jarret and other managers act with malice, premeditated, and aggravated attempts to cause harm to the public and agents for their monetary benefit. In addition, while I was not a captive agent, Family First Life would not release me to continue my livelihood as an insurance agent with “their” carriers until I signed a contract (attached). This release contract states that the Family First Life “lead system” is a “trade secret” and confidential information of FFL and is part of the release contract attached. Additionally, the release contract includes provisions that eliminate the agent’s right to Freedom of Speech and freedom of competition.

     

    Please investigate Integrity Marketing Group, Family First Life, Sean Meaike and all others who are involved in these crimes. I am willing to help with the investigation to the best of my ability. I will provide all documentation I have. I will produce names of other agents who have witnessed the unethical and criminal behavior of these entities and people (sample list below).

     

    It is in the best interest of the public that Integrity Marketing Group, Family First Life, Sean Meaike and others be ordered to cease all business dealings and be placed in jail, especially for the sale of leads and policies that target low-income, fixed-income, elderly, and minorities.

    Latest News on Judge Mark Dobronski's "Do Not Call" Lawsuit against Family First Life and 9 insurance agents for $552,250:

     

    Judge Dobronski served Family First Life at its Connecticut mailing address. Family First Life's attorneys are claiming that there was no proper service because the CEO is not a resident of CT anymore, but of FL. Yet, the Florida department of Insurance agent search for Family First Life lists https://licenseesearch.fldfs.com/Licensee/1524334 the CT address.

    I don't know how Family First Life will get out of this default because Family First Life admits to knowing of the lawsuit and has failed to respond. Technically, Family First Life is in default of the "Do Not Call" lawsuit, but there will be a final hearing on the matter in February. As well, "Discovery"  will soon start against Family First Life and the nine Family First Life affiliated agents. Judge Dobronski tells me that he is continuing to get spam phone calls from Family First Life agents. I expect that this lawsuit will end up being lots bigger than $552,250.

    Claims of Racism against Family First Life

     

    Family First Life Agent Kevin complained about a racially insensitive video - "then Family First Life stole my downline" is what Kevin is claiming. Kevin filed complaints to the California department of insurance and the state attorney general's office. The AG referred Kevin to sue Family First Life. Giving him a list of attorneys.  As well, the complaint was referred to the Department of Labor and the EEOC. Kevin tells me that he is expecting a one million dollar windfall from the court.

    In a previous video and email I have stated "off the cuff" that "Family First Life is a criminal organization."  I have to apologize for that statement. As a wannabe journalist, I should have known better. It is the government and the legal system, and not me who determines guilt or innocence. 

     

    For the last year, in my quest to learn about the insurance industry, I have done "a deep dive" on Family First Life and now can truly state that "I know what is going on."

    Chrissy proceeds to tell me of obvious crimes that were committed against the senior citizen. And how she, the agent, was defrauded by her lead-selling IMO by way of $8,000 in fake leads. 

     

    My advice is:

     

    • Contact all your clients and documents which ones were churned/replaced/cancelled.
    • In the case of "elder abuse" I know that the various state governments have long prison sentences for those that harm the most vulnerable among us.
    • Write a well-written and researched complaint to the department of insurance and the state attorney general. And then wait a few weeks for a referral to sue from the AG.

     

    Obviously, the agent can go to the local court to file a lawsuit against the lead-selling IMO, but best to give the state attorney general the opportunity to give a referral to sue. If that referral is given by the AG, it is the equivalent of winning the lottery. How can you not win a lawsuit if the AG told you to sue?

    An interested conversation with the "pissed off" Dad ensued. This lead-selling IMO upline had the commissions go into the upline's bank account, but the chargebacks are the responsibility of his son. This arrangement has lasted for four months already, and now the debt will force his young son out of the insurance industry forever and the son will be saddled with court debt judgements.  

    My advice is always the same: 

    • Tell the governmental authorities.
    • Make a video to publicize these crimes on YouTube, FB, etc.
    • Wait a few weeks for the AG referral
    • File a lawsuit with or without the AG referral
    • Keep me in the loop so that I can help you achieve justice.

  13. Subject line: My Conversations with Florida Insurance Fraud Investigators

    When Jimel Bronson of Jacksonville told me on my recorded telephone line that he was a participant in Family First Life churning and fraud operation, I knew I had to bring this information to the proper authorities.

    Here are the steps that I took.

    1. Made a great video based on that phone call and uploaded to YouTube.


    2. Informed Attorney Chris Wellman of California who has filed a class-action lawsuit against Family First Life claiming lead fraud. 


    3. Emailed and phone called FTC (Federal Trade Commission) attorney Suzanne Barth and pleaded with her to use the Federal government's powers to protects America's most vulnerable citizens. Family First Life received a Cease & Desist from the FTC in December 2021 which mandates them to stop lying to new agents.


    4. I Googled "Florida insurance fraud" and discovered that "The Bureau of Insurance Fraud" is a law enforcement branch of state government that investigates and prosecutes "criminal activity", organized schemes to defraud the public and insurers. It is commanded by a law enforcement major and consists of 127 sworn officers and 26 civilian support staff members. 

    5. Twenty-eight of the Florida law enforcement officers' email and phone numbers were listed online. I sent my last newsletter titled "Video Evidence that Should Put Family First Life CEO in Jail" to these twenty-eight officers. Surprisingly, sixteen of the twenty-eight emails were opened, supposedly read. In fact, one Captain who commands 9 counties "opened"  my email 35 times until now.

    6. A long conversation ensued with the Lieutenant Z and I explained to the Lieutenant Z the laws on churning in Florida's statute - a first degree misdemeanor: An administrative fine not greater than $75,000 for each willful violation and by a definite term of imprisonment not exceeding one year.

    Surprisingly, Lieutenant Z was not familiar with the laws on churning since his department mostly concentrates on apprehending white-collar criminals who defraud insurance companies. 

    7. Lieutenant Z was kind enough to tell me about first degree felony that my description of Family First Life's actions were likely violating.

    I have reached out to our partner agency (Division of Agent and Agency Services, Bureau of Investigation) for assistance in obtaining some records that are accessible to them. As I stated yesterday and after consulting with 15th Judicial State Attorney’s Office, at this point I would be unable to obtain a blanket subpoena for any entities unless there was specific evidence that would corroborate the broad reach of a blanket subpoena (these are subpoenas issued to an entity where you ask for any and all documents pertaining to date ranges, counties, states, etc.)

    I spoke with Cheryl Davis of LeadCo. (I recorded the conversation if anyone needs it) Cheryl tells me that Andrew, Founder of Family First Life. and Conglomerate Partner, buys 90-day mortgage protection mailer leads from Cheryl on a monthly basis for $5. Andrew has been buying LeadCo leads in this manner for years. 

    The original lead is $100. Cheryl shares with me that Miami, Broward and Palm Beach counties will soon open up to a new lead buyer. The agent can expect to receive approximately 25 leads monthly from those three counties.

    Interestingly, Mr. Taylor tells agents, and the courts that Family First Life is not a lead company. Lol. Someone should inform Family First Life and Andrew that perjury is a felony.

    817.034 Florida Communications Fraud Act.
    (1) LEGISLATIVE INTENT.
    (a) The Legislature recognizes that schemes to defraud have proliferated in the United States in recent years and that many operators of schemes to defraud use communications technology to solicit victims and thereby conceal their identities and overcome a victim’s normal resistance to sales pressure by delivering a personalized sales message.
    (b) It is the intent of the Legislature to prevent the use of communications technology in furtherance of schemes to defraud by consolidating former statutes concerning schemes to defraud and organized fraud to permit prosecution of these crimes utilizing the legal precedent available under federal mail and wire fraud statutes.
    (2) SHORT TITLE.This section may be cited as the “Florida Communications Fraud Act.”
    (3) DEFINITIONS.As used in this section, the term:
    (a) “Communicate” means to transmit or transfer or to cause another to transmit or transfer signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data, or intelligences of any nature in whole or in part by mail, or by wire, radio, electromagnetic, photoelectronic, or photooptical system.
    (b) “Obtain” means temporarily or permanently to deprive any person of the right to property or a benefit therefrom, or to appropriate the property to one’s own use or to the use of any other person not entitled thereto.
    (c) “Property” means anything of value, and includes:
    1. Real property, including things growing on, affixed to, or found in land;
    2. Tangible or intangible personal property, including rights, privileges, interests, and claims; and
    3. Services.
    (d) “Scheme to defraud” means a systematic, ongoing course of conduct with intent to defraud one or more persons, or with intent to obtain property from one or more persons by false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises or willful misrepresentations of a future act.
    (e) “Value” means value determined according to any of the following:
    1.a. The market value of the property at the time and place of the offense, or, if such cannot be satisfactorily ascertained, the cost of replacement of the property within a reasonable time after the offense.
    b. The value of a written instrument that does not have a readily ascertainable market value, in the case of an instrument such as a check, draft, or promissory note, is the amount due or collectible or is, in the case of any other instrument which creates, releases, discharges, or otherwise affects any valuable legal right, privilege, or obligation, the greatest amount of economic loss that the owner of the instrument might reasonably suffer by virtue of the loss of the instrument.
    c. The value of a trade secret that does not have a readily ascertainable market value is any reasonable value representing the damage to the owner, suffered by reason of losing an advantage over those who do not know of or use the trade secret.
    2. If the value of property cannot be ascertained, the trier of fact may find the value to be not less than a certain amount; if no such minimum value can be ascertained, the value is an amount less than $300.
    3. Amounts of value of separate properties obtained in one scheme to defraud, whether from the same person or from several persons, shall be aggregated in determining the grade of the offense under paragraph (4)(a).
    (4) OFFENSES.
    (a) Any person who engages in a scheme to defraud and obtains property thereby is guilty of organized fraud, punishable as follows:
    1. If the amount of property obtained has an aggregate value of $50,000 or more, the violator is guilty of a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
    2. If the amount of property obtained has an aggregate value of $20,000 or more, but less than $50,000, the violator is guilty of a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
    3. If the amount of property obtained has an aggregate value of less than $20,000, the violator is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
    (b) Any person who engages in a scheme to defraud and, in furtherance of that scheme, communicates with any person with intent to obtain property from that person is guilty, for each such act of communication, of communications fraud, punishable as follows:
    1. If the value of property obtained or endeavored to be obtained by the communication is valued at $300 or more, the violator is guilty of a third degree felony, punishable as set forth in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
    2. If the value of the property obtained or endeavored to be obtained by the communication is valued at less than $300, the violator is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as set forth in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
    (c) Notwithstanding any contrary provisions of law, separate judgments and sentences for organized fraud under paragraph (a) and for each offense of communications fraud under paragraph (b) may be imposed when all such offenses involve the same scheme to defraud.
    (d) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a criminal action or civil action or proceeding under this section may be commenced at any time within 5 years after the cause of action accrues; however, in a criminal proceeding under this section, the period of limitation does not run during any time when the defendant is continuously absent from the state or is without a reasonably ascertainable place of abode or work within the state, but in no case shall this extend the period of limitation otherwise applicable by more than 1 year.

    775.0844 White Collar Crime Victim Protection Act.
    (1) This section may be cited as the “White Collar Crime Victim Protection Act.”
    (2) Due to the frequency with which victims, particularly elderly victims, are deceived and cheated by criminals who commit nonviolent frauds and swindles, frequently through the use of the Internet and other electronic technology and frequently causing the loss of substantial amounts of property, it is the intent of the Legislature to enhance the sanctions imposed for nonviolent frauds and swindles, protect the public’s property, and assist in prosecuting white collar criminals.
    (3) As used in this section, “white collar crime” means:
    (a) The commission of, or a conspiracy to commit, any felony offense specified in:
    1. Chapter 560, relating to the Money Transmitters’ Code.
    2. Chapter 812, relating to theft, robbery, and related crimes.
    3. Chapter 815, relating to computer-related crimes.
    4. Chapter 817, relating to fraudulent practices.
    5. Chapter 825, relating to abuse, neglect, and exploitation of elderly persons and disabled adults.
    6. Chapter 831, relating to forgery and counterfeiting.
    7. Chapter 832, relating to the issuance of worthless checks and drafts.
    8. Chapter 838, relating to bribery and misuse of public office.
    9. Chapter 839, relating to offenses by public officers and employees.
    10. Chapter 895, relating to offenses concerning racketeering and illegal debts.
    11. Chapter 896, relating to offenses related to financial transactions.
    (b) A felony offense that is committed with intent to defraud or that involves a conspiracy to defraud.
    (c) A felony offense that is committed with intent to temporarily or permanently deprive a person of his or her property or that involves a conspiracy to temporarily or permanently deprive a person of his or her property.
    (d) A felony offense that involves or results in the commission of fraud or deceit upon a person or that involves a conspiracy to commit fraud or deceit upon a person.
    (4) As used in this section, “aggravated white collar crime” means engaging in at least two white collar crimes that have the same or similar intents, results, accomplices, victims, or methods of commission, or that are otherwise interrelated by distinguishing characteristics and are not isolated incidents, provided that at least one of such crimes occurred after the effective date of this act.
    (5) Any person who commits an aggravated white collar crime as defined in this section and in so doing either:
    (a) Victimizes 10 or more elderly persons, as defined in s. 825.101;
    (b) Victimizes 10 or more veterans, as defined in s. 1.01;
    (c) Victimizes 20 or more persons, as defined in s. 1.01; or
    (d) Victimizes the State of Florida, any state agency, any of the state’s political subdivisions, or any agency of the state’s political subdivisions,

    and thereby obtains or attempts to obtain $50,000 or more, commits a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

    (6) Notwithstanding any other provision of chapter 921 or any other law, an aggravated white collar crime shall be ranked within the offense severity ranking chart at offense severity level 9.
    (7) In addition to a sentence otherwise authorized by law, a person convicted of an aggravated white collar crime may pay a fine of $500,000 or double the value of the pecuniary gain or loss, whichever is greater.
    (8) A person convicted of an aggravated white collar crime under this section is liable for all court costs and shall pay restitution to each victim of the crime, regardless of whether the victim is named in the information or indictment. As used in this subsection, “victim” means a person directly and proximately harmed as a result of the commission of the offense for which restitution may be ordered, including any person directly harmed by the defendant’s criminal conduct in the course of the commission of the aggravated white collar crime. The court shall hold a hearing to determine the identity of qualifying victims and shall order the defendant to pay restitution based on his or her ability to pay, in accordance with this section and s. 775.089.
    (a) The court shall make the payment of restitution a condition of any probation granted to the defendant by the court. Notwithstanding any other law, the court may order continued probation for a defendant convicted under this section for up to 10 years or until full restitution is made to the victim, whichever occurs earlier.
    (b) The court retains jurisdiction to enforce its order to pay fines or restitution. The court may initiate proceedings against a defendant for a violation of probation or for contempt of court if the defendant willfully fails to comply with a lawful order of the court.

    I have reached out to our partner agency (Division of Agent and Agency Services, Bureau of Investigation) for assistance in obtaining some records that are accessible to them. As I stated yesterday and after consulting with 15th Judicial State Attorney’s Office, at this point I would be unable to obtain a blanket subpoena for any entities unless there was specific evidence that would corroborate the broad reach of a blanket subpoena (these are subpoenas issued to an entity where you ask for any and all documents pertaining to date ranges, counties, states, etc.)

    (1) No person shall engage in this state in any trade practice which is defined in this part as, or determined pursuant to s. 626.951 or s. 626.9561 to be, an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice involving the business of insurance.
    (2) Except as provided in subsection (3), any person who violates any provision of this part is subject to a fine in an amount not greater than $5,000 for each nonwillful violation and not greater than $40,000 for each willful violation. Fines under this subsection imposed against an insurer may not exceed an aggregate amount of $20,000 for all nonwillful violations arising out of the same action or an aggregate amount of $200,000 for all willful violations arising out of the same action. The fines may be imposed in addition to any other applicable penalty.
    (3)(a) If a person violates s. 626.9541(1)(l), the offense known as “twisting,” or violates s. 626.9541(1)(aa), the offense known as “churning,” the person commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, and an administrative fine not greater than $5,000 shall be imposed for each nonwillful violation or an administrative fine not greater than $75,000 shall be imposed for each willful violation. To impose an administrative fine for a willful violation under this paragraph, the practice of “churning” or “twisting” must involve fraudulent conduct.
     
    (a) For a misdemeanor of the first degree, by a definite term of imprisonment not exceeding 1 year.

    Now we have a 400K per year agent named, Agent Rosales confirming Greg's allegation.

    "I am looking for a better IMO"

    "Family First Life wants you to sell Americo"

    "I bought a lead and have it in my CRM, and the next week they just sold it to another agent that works in my office"

    "They would probably get a hold of your whole business and sell it to someone else to go ahead and run those leads"

    Last week, I spoke with an agent in Oklahoma who sold 100 policies and 85 of those policies cancelled. I suspect that "Bounty Leads' were the cause.

    This is the real deal. A high-tech media company that is using "the cult playbook" to defraud tens of thousands of agents and hundreds of thousands of insurance customers, and harass millions of Americans by violating do no call laws.

    My telephone conversation with a Family First Life recruiter confirms what I have been repeatedly been told. Agents are being promised the moon and specifically told that there is a never-ending supply of $11 exclusive leads. 

    This YouTube interview was already sent to the FTC. It is a clear violation of the FTC's cease and desist order to Family First Life from December 27, 2021. As well, this is huge evidence that your State Attorney General should be aware of. 

    Interesting Quotes:

    "Family First Life has a ton of leads, we never run out" ($11 exclusive leads). "Refilled every minute of every day."

    "Typically, the first batch of leads that everyone (agents) purchases is around $1,000 which guarantees a handful of sales which more than overcompensates for what you've spent."

    "Put it on your credit card and when you get the commission, you just pay it off."

    The fraudster recruiter also encouraged me to build a business, which means to recruit agents, build a team. Promising "the business is yours, If you decide in two years that you wanted to leave you can leave and take your book of business." 

    Yet, towards the end of the conversation, the fraudster recruiter admits that Family First Life will never give "a release" which means that the whole promise of "freedom" was just a ploy to defraud team-builders.

    Family First Life. This definitely explains how agent Beverly Joseph of Oklahoma sold 100 policies and 85 cancelled.

  20. Family First Life Using ZipRecruiter to Violate FTC Cease & Desist. Video Evidence. 

     

    I have noticed that Family First Life has been banned from recruiting from Indeed.com, but ZipRecruiter still allows Family First Life to defraud agents using their platform.

    I applied to Family First Life recruiters and recorded the conversations. Not surprisingly, I was told that Family First Life has an endless supply of exclusive leads that are being sold for 11 dollars and another recruiter tells me that $20,000 a few months after a starting is the norm. 

    Obviously, I forwarded these videos to the Federal Trade Commission.

  22. Family First Life, three insurance companies and nine insurance agents are being sued for $552,000 for violating Federal do not call laws. The plaintiff, a former judge named Mark Dobronski of Michigan, is asking the court for this money based on 45 phone calls. Judge Dobronski tells me that he will be expanding the lawsuit to encompass more insurers and the entire Family First Life operation.

     Judge Dobronski’s Lawsuit is striking at the Achilles heel of the multi-level marketing lead selling. Sadly, many insurance agents watching this video will be entangled in the federal lawsuits after everything is said and done. I want every insurance agent to understand the huge troubles they may be causing themselves by associating themselves with the likes of Family First Life.

    It's been a long journey. I first became aware of the pre-meditated frauds that Family First Life was committing in January, early this year sadly.

     

    I have become an expert on this subject. It's not just Judge Mark, millions of Americans are getting 20-30-40-50 calls per day. In the case of West Newman, who I interviewed on this YouTube channel, he has gotten 90 phone calls per day.

    These people are being harassed in a systemic, premeditated and illegal manner. It may be happening to yourself, family or neighbors. Particularly targeted are those between 60 and 70 years old. Chances are that the 65-year-old does not pick up the phone for anyone they do not identify on their caller ID.

     

    The judge and I had a very long conversation. This man is on fire. He's a retired judge. He feels it's his duty to play out of his golden years making money on these lawsuits as well as helping out his fellow Americans. This type of altruism tends to happen as one gets older. One wants a legacy.

    Judge Mark’s legacy will be this lawsuit against Family First Life. I have to believe it will make a huge wave in stopping these spammers.

    The Judge was elected as a Justice of peace in Arizona, where he was allowed to be a justice of the peace and Judge even though he's not a member of the bar or an attorney. What he's doing will change people's lives.

    I would say the majority of people who come into the insurance industry do so with the belief and hope that they will have a middle to upper-class income. The more I learn about this business, the more I realize that new insurance agents are really just walking into a system that is defrauding them.

    If anyone is interested in earning money in the year 2022, a great way to do it is to imitate Judge Mark actions of suing lawbreakers. I will read from the lawsuit, and you could hear His own words in this federal lawsuit which is playing out in Michigan.

    If anyone needs a job. If anyone needs a half Million dollars or a million dollars, the easiest way to do it is to spend a few hundred dollars filing a lawsuit in federal court. It really is easy money. Judge Mark is not an attorney. He was elected as justice of the peace in a state which allows non attorneys to be elected to that position. He served as a judge. Judge Mark knows the law.

     

     Once you see his lawsuit, you will understand the methods and the procedures. You could file lawsuits against spammers, you will be helping your fellow Americans. I will read from the lawsuit.

    Mark is taking the unique approach to stop this problem of millions of older Americans being harassed by suing the insurance agent, the insurance company and the IMO lead seller which is called Family First Life.

     

     Judge Mark starts the lawsuit by Describing himself. Then he describes insurance companies such as . Then he lists nine insurance agents that telephoned him.  First defendant, Mr Khonsavan Vongdara.  Then Louis Friedman, Shannon Adams, Donte Grant, Olivia Perez, Vanina Bonanno, Vanessa Powell, Emmanuel Igweh, Dario Wickham, and then the lawsuit lists the IMO.

     

     Judge Mark cites the law, TCPA, Which is designed to prevent this type of harassment that is harming millions.

     

    Paragraph #26 Congress explicitly found that Robocalling is an invasion of privacy.

    Paragraph #27 Judge Mark states Senator Fritz Hollings of South Carolina, the primary sponsor of the bill, in his own words. Senator Hollings tells us that “computer calls are the scourge of modern civilization. They wake up in the morning, they interrupt our dinner at night, they force the sick and elderly out of bed. They hound us until we want to rip the telephone out of the wall.

     These computerized telephone calls threaten our personal safety. These machines are out of control and their use is growing by 30% every year. It is telephone terrorism and it has got to stop”

    Another quote from 1991 is that these calls are growing at 30% per year.  

    Paragraph 28 -  According to You Mail Inc, a company which tracks robocall activity and publishes the youmail robocall index. During 2021 alone American consumers were bombarded with over 50 Billion robocalls. That's an average of 150 robocalls to each man, woman, and child in the USA.

    In enacting the TCPA, “Do Not Call Laws” Congress intentionally created a legal enforce bounty system to incentivize the assistance of aggrieved private citizens to act as private attorneys Generals and enforce federal law.

    I have a feeling that Judge Mark feels he is doing God's work by enforcing the law. He will not be stopped.

    The entire lawsuit is 62 pages. Anyone whoever has a desire to make money. It's definitely in your best interest to be a private attorney general. Read all 62 pages. You can get access to the filings that are taking place in his case, and you can be a private attorney general right now.

    We've got Family First Life, and all their sister companies that are allegedly breaking the law in a cavalier manner, your neighbors and your friends and your family are counting on you to imitate Judge Mark. He can only do so much. I have a feeling that taking down Family First Life and getting a multi-million dollar judgment on this one case will help somewhat.

     

    But when you're talking about 50 billion calls per year, there's only so much that one person could do in one federal courthouse in Michigan. This is a huge industry. If anyone has a desire to make good money, it's not hard to imitate Judge Mark.

     

    In our conversations, Judge Mark tells me that each phone call would be 5 violations. It's not one $500.00, or if a willful violation, $1500. It's five violations. Let’s do the math, the lawsuit is based on forty-five calls, $552,000 / 45. That comes out to 12,266 dollars per call.

    All you have to do is answer the phone, ask who's calling, find out the source of the call, and hop over to the federal courthouse.

    File something similar to what Judge Mark has submitted. You will make money and be helping out your neighbors. Anyone who's profiting from these illegalities should be sued. In the case of judge mark, His strategy that included suing the lead selling – multi-level marketing recruiter –  Family First Life – the insurance companies and the nine insurance agents.

    One of the nine insurance agents had a corporation, an agency. So, his agency was sued. An individual cannot represent a corporation in a lawsuit. So, this agent who got sued individually as well as to his corporation, has to hire an attorney. The other eight insurance agents that got sued can represent themselves in court, but they will lose.

    At a certain point. It's “what's the point”? Best to pay up.

    Based on my conversation with Judge Mark, He is a nice guy. All he's trying to do is stop these 50 billion illegal phone calls that are happening every year. If the insurance agent who is being sued reaches out to me. I will have a conversation with Judge Mark, I will put in a good word and try to get you off.

     

    Judge Mark is really after those that are behind this mess.

     

    Paragraph 71. These call centers are usually located outside the United States, typically in the Asian continent, and thus usually outside the reach of US laws. My interview with Wes Newman describes the same situation. The Pakistanis will start the call mentioning Brad from US benefits. Brad from Medicare Center, Senior Center -  just made-up names and companies, which is a violation. And that's how you get to 5 violations per phone call.

    Judge Mark actually bought policies from those nine agents and that's how he is entangling the insurance company.

    The insurance company has to defend themselves in this federal lawsuit. Judge Mark now knows that it's not just the IMO, but it's the family of companies. I was kind enough to inform him of this. Judge Mark had a list of hundreds and hundreds of calls that were waiting to be law-suited.

     

    Since Family First Life is such a big player nationwide, Judge Mark can have one big, clean Lawsuit.

    At the end of the day, he'll be walking away with millions of dollars based on hundreds of illegal calls. Do the math. It adds up. Judge Mark has done an impressive job in the 62-page lawsuit, and anyone can do similar.

    If you are between 60 and 70, most likely you are getting 50 phone calls a day. Pick up the phone, even buy the insurance policy, there is a 30-day free look. I know that Florida law states that a contract is voidable if it was initiated by an illegal phone call, but it is easy enough to cancel the policy.

    The policy gets delivered to your door. You request a refund, but you're roping in the insurance company, which will defend itself at your local federal courthouse.

    Again, if anyone needs money, this is a great business opportunity. Judge Mark tells me that the state of Michigan offers an additional $1200 per violation. Other states, such as Florida, offer more than that. Depending on what state you're in, you could get more than the normal $12,000 per call.

     

    Let me do the math. 552 divided by 45 It comes out to just about $12,266, but if you are in Florida, it will be more.

    You've got the West Newman interview to guide you as to who to subpoena. Wes mentions a few of their vendors. One of them is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Another is Canada, and Wes names the call center in Pakistan. Wes Newman did the research.

    Judge Mark’s lawsuit is a road map for any American who is being harassed by Family First Life.

    In my conversations with Judge Mark, he tells me that a lawsuit that was making its way through the Michigan State courts against another Family First Life named Douglas Massey. An insurance agent named Carlos from Indiana informed me that he bought leads from Mr Massey and was forced to hire a Michigan attorney to defend himself.

    Douglas Massey left his lead client hung out to dry. I encouraged Carlos to sue Mr Massey and complain to the department of insurance, The Attorney general in his state and the FTC.

     

    Let's get back to Wes Newman, who I interviewed last month. He's telling me he works with America’s premier do not call class action attorney. They've already filed a federal lawsuit against total insurance brokers, which also goes by the name Medicare coverage helpline.

    Family First Life will be the next class action lawsuit that these two file. Obviously, I put Wes and Mark in touch with each other.

    I have been in contact with the Attorney General of the State of Florida. I sent the Attorney General my playlist on YouTube. The correspondence back stated that Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody is personally involved in the case.

    She knows about the frauds that Family First Life is committing.

    I have to tell you this is a hard job.

    I've spent a tremendous amount of time on YouTube trying to learn this profession. One of the best videos I've seen on this subject of “MLM - Pyramid Scheme - Cult was done by a 20-year-old video maker named James Jani of England. I put his video at the very bottom of my YouTube playlist of Family First Life class action witness list, and it is linked below in the description of this video.

     

    Watching this video showed me that I have a long way to go to make high-quality videos.

    In addition, James’ video shows us the playbook of exactly what Family First Life is doing. MLMs, Pyramid Schemes and Cults follow a script.  

     

    Watching James’s video will cause you to understand unequivocally that Family First Life are following that playbook which has been used for decades, if not hundreds of years. James' 29-minute video - if you have been a victim of Family First Life, you will tear you up.  

    My research has dug deeper and is answering the question as to where Family First Life earns its money. Selling fake leads is the answer. You can't expect a 20-year-old British filmmaker to get specific on your particular situation and know the American insurance industry.

    When you see his video you will start shaking, especially if you've been a victim of these frauds. There is a Cult playbook and Family First Life is following it to a “Tee”.

    I learned that pyramid schemes are illegal if the pyramid focuses on - recruit, recruit, recruit.

    Eventually, there’s not enough people to recruit because there's not enough people in the world, and the pyramid collapses.

    Multi-Level Marketing is a legal pyramid scheme because something is being sold. It is hypothetically possible to earn money without being a recruiter. Based on my conversations with thousands of insurance agents and the 40 videos that I've uploaded on my YouTube playlist, the profits that are generated to Family First Life's MLM is by selling fake leads to new insurance agents.

     

    There are not enough leads to supply leads to the tens of thousands of insurance agents that are coming into Family First Life’s system every year. The solution was to sell the new insurance agents' old data and tell the agent that they are buying real leads.

    These frauds last until the owners go to jail when the attorney general gets involved.

    In the case of Judge Mark, he'll get his multi-million dollar judgment. I don't see any reason why he won’t win.

    Anyone who goes on YouTube, on the Internet, searching out how to make money as an insurance agent, how to buy leads, is really just trying to make money.

     I cannot think of any easier formula to make money than imitating judge Mark, look at his 62-page lawsuit. Implement what he's done, and you will walk away with hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars.

    If every phone call you get is $12,000, that $12,000 a pop adds up.  Considering that 65-year-olds are getting 50 calls a day, imagine making 12,000 times 50. That is $600,000 a day of illegal calls that are coming to your phone.  Family First Life has the money. Equis financial, PHP agency. National Agents Alliance, Your Insurance Group, Real Financial, Berwick Agency are all part of a Conglomerate.  The conglomerate received $2.1 billion dollars of Private Equity Funding since 2016. Their CEO is a famouse ex athlete.

    You will win the case. You'll get the judgment.  I will walk you through what you need to do. Family First Life is systemically ripping off new insurance agents and is a huge part of the fraud of dialing the 50 billion robo phone calls every year.

    The conglomerate and its 5,500 employees can pay the bill. They are not going to go bankrupt.

    I had a conversation with Judge Mark concerning a Family First Life Douglas Massey. Douglas mentioned in a court document that he is a small-time player and has 17 agents in his system. I know that he is lying.

    I will help Judge Mark prove Douglas to be a liar. And the way the federal court system works, perjury puts one in jail, and it bankrupts its company and themselves. Integrity marketing isn't going bankrupt. They are huge. The final expense recruiting part of their business is really a way to bring in new agents and sell those new agent leads, which is what the Family First Life MLM cult has perfected.

     I'm doing my best to bring issue this to life. But it definitely should be more than Judge Mark, Wes Newman, the class action lawsuit filed by Greg Birch or me.

    Others need to be involved and money is a huge influencer. Suing based on the Do Not Call Laws is as easy as pie.

    Read Judge Mark’s 62-Page lawsuit, and you will realize that companies such as Family First Life are sitting ducks. That's what they are. They are sitting ducks.

    Initially, I was telling people to complain to the department of insurance and file a private lawsuit. I learned later that the first thing you should do is to complain to your State Attorney general.

    In the case of Agent K of California, he got a referral to sue from his state attorney general. He is expected to be awarded $800 thousand dollars. He will be doing this with the attorney who was recommended to him by the state attorney general. Agent K got that recommendation to sue in 14 days.

    If you are on the bit of the intellectual side, these “do not call” lawsuits are easy. Judge Mark’s lawsuit is public information. Every filing and every motion are public.

    It is safe to say, if you are buying leads from Family First Life or Conglomerate company, that you may be seeing the insides of a Federal courtroom.

    Latest Family First Life News:

    I have noticed that Family First Life has been banned from recruiting from Indeed.com, but ZipRecruiter still allows Family First Life  use their platform.

    I applied to Family First Life recruiters and recorded the conversations. Not surprisingly, I was told that Family First Life has an endless supply of exclusive leads that are being sold for 11 dollars and another recruiter tells me that $20,000 a few months after a starting is the norm. 

    Obviously, I forwarded these videos to the FTC. And will be making a blockbuster video based on these conversations. 

    I have discovered as well that new Family First Life agents are acting as fronters for the managers. Selling overpriced carriers and then leaving the business as their uplines replace the policies with more competitive ones. Chargebacks after chargebacks.  Gathering video evidence to make a great video.  

  23. Family First Life, 3 insurers and 9 agents are being sued for 525 thousand dollars for violating do not call laws. The plaintiff, a former judge named Mark Dobronski of Michigan, is asking the court for this money based on 45 illegal phone calls.  Judge Dobronski tells me that he will be expanding the lawsuit to encompass more insurers and agents to entangle the entire Family First Life  operation. Judge Dobronkski's lawsuit is striking at the Achilles heel of the MLM lead selling operation. Sadly, many insurance agents watching this video will be entangled in Federal Lawsuits before everything is said and done.  I want every insurance agent to understand the huge troubles they will be causing themselves by associating themselves with the likes of Family First Life.
