I will cut to the chase.
The biggest mistake with NAAIP is that we did not offer to set up agents' websites on their personal domain name, hassle-free.
In another few weeks, our system will allow the agent to buy the NAAIP site, hosting and domain name from us.
My ridiculous decision was to have insurance agents buy the domain from the registrar company (such as Hover.com) while implementing a step one and two (which only takes 3 minutes.) Ooops.
Meanwhile, for any three - month paid subscriber, I will buy the domain name for you and do the steps for you. Simple and efficient.
The second-biggest mistake was that we were using the wrong screen sharing technology in our sales presentations. For the longest time, we were using "Dialpad meetings" which is similar to "Zoom."
These applications have a fatal flaw. The need for the client to click multiple buttons, make multiple decisions regarding download, audio, video, etc. Confusing as all heck to the client and ultimately, we stopped using screen sharing on sales calls.
Finally, I reached out to agents that sell Final expense, Medicare or Health insurance over the phone, and one by one they told me that they use CrankShare Screen Sharing.

Conversation with investigator Eric from Minnesota. The complaint was filed by me after Robert Taylor of MN tells me that he filed a complaint. Mr. Taylor of MN tells me that he spent $9,000 in leads and did not make one sale. Afterwards, I filed my complaint to MN with additional information, including the Greg Birch whistleblower interview.
Eric listened to Greg Birch and received the Robert Taylor complaint. I don't know if MN will do the pro-active investigation, which would mean that MN requests the list of new agents for the IMO and the list of their sales, for their preferred carrier. It would be a fairly simple investigation to track what happened to these sales. End game is churning and elder abuse.

I filed a complaint with Washington State with lots of evidence of fraud.
Jessica tells me that they will close this particular case after consulting her boss. Greg laid out the case as lead fraud that hypothetically should lead to churning and elder abuse. Jessica thanked me for bringing this evidence to her attention, and her department will keep an eye on this issue.
Jessica suggested that it would be a Department of Labor investigation, or a class-action lawsuit, or even that the home state of the Lead Seller / Agent Recruiter should do the investigation.
The current statutes of her state don't allow investigations to look into this matter unless they have a particular in-state client name and details who has specific evidence of churning or elder abuse. In essence, I would have to bring the name and details of one client who bought a high-priced policy and then later replaced it with a different policy from within the same IMO. The client does not necessarily have to file the complaint. I could do for him or her. Apparently, what, I thought, was evidence was just the outline of the technique of defrauding others, but was not specific evidence.
Jessica tells me that there are current investigations of Mortgage Protection lead fraud, in which the prospect is mailed something that gives the impression that the state is mandating or encouraging the client to buy mortgage protection life insurance.
After listening to the Greg Birch Whistleblower Interview. Greg is describing how the new agent becomes the victim. Apparently, Washington State investigative powers are not there to protect the agent.
Moving forward, I will be encouraging agents to find me at real live clients who were victimized, so I can bring this evidence to the state.

NAAIP holds a 6 day per week video conference, and we tell the sad truth about the likely outcome of being a new insurance agent.
Common knowledge is that 92% of new agents will fail. These new agents will not renew their license in year four.
Included in these 8% that succeed are agents from NYLife, Mass Mutual, Northwest Mutual and financial advisors who are much more likely to succeed. The fail rate of agents that get recruited into entities that stress Final Expense, Mortgage Protection and "Building a team" has to be close to 97%.
The recruiters know these numbers, and they endeavor to profit by selling leads to the new agent. Recycled leads that are the equivalent of "data."
I hear these stories daily, and it breaks my heart. Agents being wiped out financially by getting an insurance license.
There are dozens of entities that recruit in this 97% fail market.
My advice would be to stop and think. Specifically, get a written guarantee of lead exclusivity from an entity that recruits agents into this 97% fail market. Be prepared to take legal action to protect your rights. Probably best to not buy leads from lead sellers who have a large database of gullible buyers.
Think about the concept of final expense whole life insurance. If you were a 65-year-old broke person without a burial plan, you have a few options.
If I were 65 years-old and broke, I would walk into the local funeral home and ask them for help. The licensed agent at the funeral home would present me a pre-need burial life insurance policy which has the feature that the premiums actually end, etc. In essence, don't sell in this market until you have put yourself in your prospect's shoes and have done the proper research.
Similar with mortgage life, which is term life for new homeowners. Mom, Dad and kids. Perfect for life insurance sales. Best rate for 35 year male non-smoker 1/2 million dollars of coverage for a 20-year term is $238.25 /year. How on G-d's green earth can the agent afford to buy the lead and do a home visit to sell this policy? There is not enough profit to actually do the best policy for the client. On the other hand, if you overcharge the new client with an uncompetitive carrier, you will be more likely to get a cancellation and forgo the opportunity to sell a bigger "retirement planning" type of policy in the future.
I invite new agents to analyze this mortgage protection market, and you may realize that the only way you can stay in business is to develop relationships that allow you to sell "retirement planning" type of policies eventually.
Build a team. The immediate upline is the guarantor of downline bad debt. Recruiting an agent that has a 97% fail rate and guaranteeing their debt does not seem smart. All the while, the MLM levels above you are encouraging you to "build a team." An added bonus to the MLM of you recruiting agents is that it allows them to sell recycled leads to more new agents. Gee, that help you lots.
Dozens of recruiters are in the new agent market. To cut to the chase, These recruiters don't like NAAIP.
Personnel at NAAIP have been threatened with defamation lawsuits.
Months ago, after being lawsuit threatened and having no desire to engage in any legal battles, NAAIP immediately ceased making references to specific carriers and recruiters.
As well, our licensed agent partners were lawsuit threatened and had no desire to accept referrals from NAAIP.
Imagine the legal fees that Amber Heard and Johnny Depp are paying. OMG.
On the other hand, there is a desire to protect innocent people.
Thankfully, there are 50 states and each state has dedicated personnel whose job is to investigate fraud. Obviously, lead selling fraud can potentially lead to churning and elder abuse. That is something that the 50 state departments of insurance would have to investigate and prosecute. NAAIP is not the government.
Certain states will only accept complaints from affected state residents. Be aware that NAAIP wants to protect the public from being defrauded and has evidence that will certainly help a state in its duties. To put it bluntly, If you have been a victim of lead fraud, talk to me.

Confessing or "getting it off one's chest" has great importance in the world's great religions as well as in psychoanalysis.
I Love Numbered Bullet Points - Here it goes.
1. I love text messaging (also known as sms) from 561-440-9245. During working hours I am texting from my desktop screen and off-hours I am addicted to my smartphone. 2. NAAIP websites were lousy when we started was the real reason why we never contacted agents so much. If NAAIP contacted the agent, there would be a likelihood that the agent would "unsubscribe" from us and the agent would never know when our technology became good.
3. NAAIP wants every agent in America to use our technology. Now that our technology is "superb", NAAIP can make demands but still must be a "great deal" for us to achieve our goal.
4. Modest demands and contacts is the modus operandi. NAAIP websites will always free-forever.
- Yet, for sites over 5 hits
- who do not refer their IMO/FMO/Upline to us
- or refer agents to us.
- There is a minimal charge to hide ads will appear on the site.
- I appreciate those agents that are helping us pay our bills.
5. There are 14,941 Registered NAAIP users already, and I would like that number to double in the next two years. Obviously, NAAIP has to be an incredibly "good deal" for the agent.

Lots of positive feedback from my previous email blast that went out to 14,751 agents. Uplines, IMOs and carriers have known about the NAAIP project for years and were somewhat awed by the number of agents who use our technology. NAAIP is a recruiting juggernaut.
We tried unsuccessfully to parley websites into being an upline ourselves. To say it bluntly, "it did not work."
There is a "Plan B" and I need your involvement. Speak to your IMO, FMO, team leader, upline or insurance company marketing department today.
Tell them that NAAIP is the perfect tool to:
- Make the agent be impressive
- Keep recruited agents loyal to the carrier, upline, IMO, etc.
- Generate leads. Whether as a landing page/funnel when a prospect visits your site, or as an incentive-based tool to offer gifts to business owners.
NAAIP has the skill set to train/explain to agents on a multitude of insurance products/concepts during our 6-day per week video conference calls.
NAAIP has the ability to reciprocate and refer agents to uplines or insurers as a "thank you" for helping us become the industry default website builder.
Currently, we are not referring agents anywhere. I am hoping that this will change.

Unfortunately, NAAIP no longer offers contracting. This is an older era.
, NAAIP can offer agents the top contract from a Top 5 Mutual Life Insurer. Your job depends on understanding and explaining the benefits of a Mutual Insurer vs a "for profit" corporate owned insurer.
Agents must know that the Mutual Insurer is owned by the policyholders, and profits are paid out as dividends to the insurer's whole life policyholders.

Direct contracts will only be offered to NAAIP subscribers or those with an insurance website. A NAAIP home office employee will personally speak to every client to figure out from which website link the sale originated from. If the sale comes in from a paid or selling subscriber, then NAAIP will pay the agent 110% for the 20 and 30-year term. 100% on a 15-year term and 95% on a 10-year term.
An alternative for a non-subscriber is that you can tell us the name of the client who inputted the sale, and you will be paid at the standard 110% commission level.
If you are a non-subscriber and someone inputs a sale on your website, and you don't tell me the name of the client, I will be thankful for your generosity in helping finance the NAAIP tech project.
My previous email stated that pay would be 60% for non-subscribers. That is not a good idea, since you may have a higher commission term life insurer that you would be incentivized to replace the sale with.
Even though, You will have a simple and fast way to implement term life sales, I have to encourage you to properly learn this profession. Showing illustrations which show the benefits of permanent life insurance is how life insurance agents traditionally have earned their livelihood.

Agents across the country are trying to figure out the best way to make a living selling life insurance / financial products.
I have spoken to tens of thousands of agents (at my 6-day per week video conference call) and have a good idea of what is going on.
Here are your options:
New York Life - Career agents - Start at 55% commission and stay there. I have been told that one can move to 90% compensation if you achieve 3 consecutive months of over 10K production. If you drop your production, then compensation goes back to 55%. You are an employee attached to a local office. Only able to sell NYLife, which means if you get fired or leave, you lose all future commissions.
On the plus side, NYLife is a Mutual Life Insurer, which is HUGE. NYLife has in-house managers who walk you through how to make money. The trainers will prevent you from making huge mistakes, such as ignoring the fact that the main benefit of a life insurance policy is tax deferred and then tax-free income. Permanent life policies sold to middle and upper income clients is how a life insurance agent earns his/her livelihood.
Americo - Independent agents - Marketing companies (IMOs) love Americo. I have seen Americo's IMO compensation grid and the upline is earning 185%! 185% is Huge. Substantially higher than anything I have seen. Severely over-priced products which are replaced with ease. Obviously, the sky-high upline commissions are built into the policy rates.
Most agents start at 100% for these products, with incentives to move up if numerous sales occur.
Americo is a privately owned company. Smaller policies will be sold, which is great for IMOs. Obviously, you would need to see numerous prospects to prosper.
If the client shops the competition after the Americo sale, oftentimes the client will cancel. That is the risk the agent takes when selling an overpriced policy.
Privately owned insurers are at a definite disadvantage versus Mutual carriers in selling bigger policies. To earn money in this business, one must be showing illustrations which highlight tax deferred and then tax-free income for retirement planning purposes.
Note: Mutual Insurers are owned by the policyholders and profits flow into policyholder's policies in the form of dividends. Agents will sell bigger, retirement planning, permanent policies from mutual insurers because the illustrations show generous interest rates, etc.

I arbitrarily moved the Final Expense quote engine lower in the page on your website if the FEX quote engine was at the header of your website. If you desire, you can go to your NAAIP back office and reverse the change at Edit Your Site > Quote Engines > Quote Engine Positions.
Right now, our main programmer is working to implement "My Team."
Afterwards, the programmer will implement a GooglePay subscription option in addition to PayPal. PayPal increased their charges to above industry standard rates. Therefore, we will be incentivizing agents to change to GooglePay.

NAAIP was terminated for "lack of" production by the Final Expense / Simple Issue insurer that we publicized for over two years. Over 2,000 agents contracted and very few sales were made. A complete waste of time.
The lesson is that Final Expense / Simple Issue is geared for marketing companies that sell leads. For the most part, the agent will be poor and will stay poor while the IMO / Marketing Company gets rich and generates sales by high pressuring new agents to empty-out their bank account purchasing leads.
This marketing company technique is not something that I want to do because, at its core, NAAIP is a tech company. I expect NAAIP technology to be America's and then the world's default website builder/crm for insurance agents/financial advisors. No need to "rip off" anybody.
I am learning this business and have become somewhat of an expert. I can tell you with a straight face that selling Retirement Planning (permanent policies) with a Mutual Insurer or selling Medicare is how agents earn money.
Furthermore, I now understand why NY Life's, Mass Mutual's, Northwest Mutual's captive agents are not allowed to offer any policies of less than 50K face value. Selling financial products to poor people will cause the agent to take his/her "eye off the ball."
Your job is to generate moneys for you and the insurance company while offering the client a needed product. The advantage that insurers have is the ability to offer an investment that grows tax deferred that eventually becomes tax-free. Perfect for retirement planning for middle to upper income people.
Additionally, the mutual insurer is owned by the policyholders. Profits of the insurer become dividends of the policy. Your job as a life insurance agent is to show illustrations and close deals on this type of policy. The average yearly premium for a retirement planning permanent policy is between three and five thousand dollars.
This is your profession. Your job is to learn the product line of NAAIP's favored Mutual Insurer, a top five carrier that has been helping families for over 150 years.

Certain registrars, such as GoDaddy, requires that you stay with them for at least 60 days before you can transfer your domain to Cloudflare. To be clear, the payment to Cloudflare will credit your domain when the GoDaddy expires. You won't be double paying. It is easy to transfer your domain registration company. It is worthwhile.
NAAIP has been using Cloudflare for the longest time for their Content Delivery Network (CDN). Cloudflare is an industry leader with 1,800 employees and a stock market capitalization of 36 Billion Dollars.
Cloudflare specializes in website security and making websites faster. It is in your best interest to open an account and transfer your domain.
Additionally, NAAIP will now be hosting new personal websites using Name Servers and not IP address. This new technique is critical for NAAIP to simplify the hosting process. Currently, GoDaddy hosts one way for IP DNS and all others have a different technique.
With the Name Server technique, NAAIP will control your DNS and you will input your MX Records for business email and TXT Records for domain verification in your NAAIP agent back office.

For the longest time I have been shouting from the rooftop that NAAIP offers a better website experience than others in the insurance industry. Specifically because our websites are good at collecting visitor information. That is true because of the data capture powers of a quote engine on an insurance website.
Quote engines are not the only important attribute. It could be said that we were lacking in ease of editing, template options, video, slider shows, etc.
I implore you to revisit your NAAIP website and back office. You will conclude that my team built a world-class system that is exceptional.
We are still working on features before we turn NAAIP into an insurance agent MLM white-label juggernaut.
Here is the timeline:
Most aspects of your website are now editable via inline editing (which means that you edit the website when you are on your website while logged in to your back-office.) This is an ergonomically pleasing editing system which other website builders use.
Our programming team is finishing up today, making all 6 template footers be editable. This is a good place to add a disclaimer, especially for financial planners. Currently, I see that template #1 has this feature.
My programming team will make available hosting websites via Name Servers in addition to the current method of IP address. This is a bit technical, but it will make it simpler for agents to host websites with all domain registration companies. The end game is that insurance agents should be setting up websites for business owners. We have to make it simple. This task should take us ten business days.
I really love video at the top of NAAIP websites. We will be uploading another 70 video header options to be easily uploadable to your website. Even though I believe that the best option is for you to upload your personal image to head your website.
There will be another 60 header images. If you are using a slider header, then you need more good image options. The video and image task will take approximately 25 business days because every video and image needs to be compressed and sized according to the templates.
There will be an "Our Team" section in which agency owners can place an image of their brokers/employees in a neat manner with descriptions of what that individual does. This task should take 10 business days since most of the programming has been done already.
We will be adding another four insurance agent/agency/financial advisor templates. The total templates on NAAIP website will be ten. This task should take 20 business days since the templates are already built.
Finally, we will be concurrently building a CRM (customer relationship manager) and a White-Label system. White-Label means that agents and recruiters will be able to offer NAAIP website builder/CRM to other businesses and insurance agents and those entities will have no idea that NAAIP exists. This task should take between three and six months.
We can speed up the time frame of the CRM/White-Label if we hire another programmer. I appreciate all those that are subscribed to NAAIP and those that are selling via our upline.
