  1. The Greg Birch whistleblower interview is jaw-dropping.
Click to hear on YouTube - https://youtu.be/DJCpkNDbIDo
    Like, subscribe and share.

I was hoping that the lead-selling IMO, who is paying their lead attorney $1,200 per hour, would drop the case against me.

The plaintiff attorney told me, that the lead-selling IMO will end up spending one million dollars if this case goes to trial.

Hearing these numbers, I am, like. "Lets be friends."

There was an attorney's meeting (I am representing myself) earlier in the week, in which all sides get together to present to the judge the deadlines for procedures. Tentative trial date will be in April 2023. West Palm Beach Federal Court. Case No. 9:22-cv-80243-AMC.

At that meeting, the plaintiff attorney tells me that the supposed defamation was a "minor" point. It is apparent to me that their goal is to "shut me down."

On my six-day per week video conference calls, I state, day after day, that it is the agent's job to learn and implement the skill-set to generate leads.

My existing is a threat to their business model.  Greg Birch states in minute 29 of the interview: "thousands of agents spent thousands of dollars on leads and did not make any sales."

What is a million dollars in legal fees, when three thousand agents spending three thousand dollars each equals $9,000,000

Plus, I will busy for the next year acting all lawyerly instead of working on building up NAAIP.

I appreciate those agents that have been interviewed by me on YouTube. My job for the next year is to interview more agents. An agent a day.

If the lead-selling IMO believes that I have countless friends, then they will come to their senses and drop the lawsuit.

    Good afternoon,

  3. Conversation with investigator Eric from Minnesota. The complaint was filed by me after Robert Taylor of MN tells me that he filed a complaint. Mr. Taylor of MN tells me that he spent $9,000 in leads and did not make one sale. Afterwards, I filed my complaint to MN with additional information, including the Greg Birch whistleblower interview.

Eric listened to Greg Birch and received the Robert Taylor complaint. I don't know if MN will do the pro-active investigation, which would mean that MN requests the list of new agents for the IMO and the list of their sales, for their preferred carrier. It would be a fairly simple investigation to track what happened to these sales. End game is churning and elder abuse.

  4. I filed a complaint with Washington State with lots of evidence of fraud. The main evidence sent over was the Greg Birch Whistleblower 34 minute interview

Jessica tells me that they will close this particular case after consulting her boss.  Greg laid out the case as lead fraud that hypothetically should lead to churning and elder abuse. Jessica thanked me for bringing this evidence to her attention, and her department will keep an eye on this issue.

Jessica suggested that it would be a Department of Labor investigation, or a class-action lawsuit, or even that the home state of the Lead Seller / Agent Recruiter should do the investigation.

The current statutes of her state don't allow investigations to look into this matter unless they have a particular in-state client name and details who has specific evidence of churning or elder abuse. In essence, I would have to bring the name and details of one client who bought a high-priced policy and then later replaced it with a different policy from within the same IMO. The client does not necessarily have to file the complaint. I could do for him or her. Apparently, what, I thought, was evidence was just the outline of the technique of defrauding others, but was not specific evidence.

Jessica tells me that there are current investigations of Mortgage Protection lead fraud, in which the prospect is mailed something that gives the impression that the state is mandating or encouraging the client to buy mortgage protection life insurance.

After listening to the Greg Birch Whistleblower Interview. Greg is describing how the new agent becomes the victim. Apparently, Washington State investigative powers are not there to protect the agent.

Moving forward, I will be encouraging agents to find me at real live clients who were victimized, so I can bring this evidence to the state.

  5. Attached is an audio interview with Greg Birch, a superstar in the MLM insurance agent recruiting industry. His 45 agents wrote $391,000 in monthly API. Greg is a former intelligence officer in the US Army, an impressive individual. Greg Birch talks about violations of the law and specifically states "criminal activity" in minute 31 of the 34-minute interview. Every minute of the interview has stunning revelations. It is a "must-hear" for any agent or department of insurance investigator.
As you are hearing Greg Birch's voice, you are ethically required to act. First step is to report this information to your state department of insurance.
Google "department of insurance complaint 'your state'" and file the complaint and details as a consumer. I can walk you through the process.
I would want you to take the next step to help me prepare for trial. Meanwhile, I am being sued for defamation at  West Palm Beach Federal Court. Case No. 9:22-cv-80243-AMC. We are at the beginning stages of the court proceedings.
I Googled "federal defamation law" and found.

    Actual Malice Standard

In The New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254 (1964), the Supreme Court held that for a publicly known figure to succeed on a defamation claims, the public-figure plaintiff must show that the false, defaming statements were said with "actual malice." The Sullivan court stated that "actual malice" means that the defendant said the defamatory statement "with knowledge that it was false or with "reckless" disregard of whether it was false or not." The Sullivan court also held that when the standard is actual malice, the plaintiff must prove actual malice by "clear and convincing" evidence, rather than the usual burden of proof in a civil case, which is the preponderance of the evidence standard. On this point, the precise language the Sullivan court uses is that the plaintiff must show "the convincing clarity which the constitutional standard demands."

Meaning, the plaintiff has to convince the court that I knew I was lying

The Greg Birch interview should cause me to win the case in a "slam dunk." The question is, will the plaintiff convince the Judge to disallow this audio interview because Mr. Birch suddenly is nowhere to be found?

This case has national implications for hundreds of thousands of agents and clients alike.

Greg stated in minute 29 of the interview: "thousands of agents spent thousands of dollars on leads and did not make any sales." I, personally, spoke to many of these "sad" agents and talked about this issue on my six-day per week video conference call.  Lead fraud is discussed throughout the interview, starting at 7:58.

Of particular interest to the department of insurance investigators will be Greg talking about "bounty" or "integrity" leads in starting in minute 9:52. Churning and elder abuse is what the state regulators will investigate and prosecute. Elder abuse mentioned again at minute 30:38.

To assure victory at trial, I need witnesses, affidavits, etc.

In my opinion, the most valuable evidence is me speaking with you and audio recording or videoing the conversation.

To keep the interview on target and to the point. It is best that you write out the story of what happened to you. Read your statement, and we can have a conversation afterwards. I hear in the Greg Birch interview that me interjecting does not help much.

Months or even years down the road, there maybe a jury trial in West Palm Beach, Florida. I sincerely believe that if I collect enough interviews of affected and interested insurance agents, then the lawsuit will be dropped.

As an aside, I call Greg, expecting him to be the star witness. Greg is not picking up the phone and according to his LinkedIn profile, he found new employment. And a few months ago, as the plaintiff attorney and I were discussing issues, the plaintiff attorney stated that her side was willing to spend one million dollars on legal fees.

    Please help me.

    Thank you,

  6. Previous subject line: The Most Important Email in My Life. I Beg For Your Assistance

    Hello Agent,

I am not exaggerating.  I need you to be interested in your fellow citizens, in NAAIP's and my well-being.

A defamation lawsuit has been filed in West Palm Beach County Federal Courthouse against numerous people associated with NAAIP.

Last week's newsletter, which is now on YouTube - gives a decent overview of why agent recruiters that sell leads are willing to spend big money on legal fees in an attempt to silence me.

According to insurance license ethics requirements and common law in the 50 states:  If you know of a crime, you are required to report the crime to the proper authorities.

NAAIP's defense at trial will be that we were told specifically by a former Senior Vice President of the plaintiff's company that plaintiff was engaged in lead fraud and churning. I have the audio proof - A 38-minute interview.

The most explosive claim by the former Senior VP is as follows.

    • New agents were sold supposedly exclusive leads that were sold to many others.
    • New agents were recommended to sell a severely overpriced and easy to replace policy.
    • Leads and sales data were inputted in the agent's CRM (customer relationship manager).
    • When the agent left the company, the CRM data, which includes their sales,  was sold as a lead to a more experienced  and loyal agent who would instinctively know to replace the overpriced policy to offer "more coverage, same price."
    • This sequence of events leads to additional lead selling revenue and additional override commission for the upline IMO.
    • The client who bought the overpriced policy initially will eventually be insured by the better policy.
    • Meanwhile,  the client restarts the two-year incontestability clause over again and loses accumulated cash value by cancelling the initial policy.

Elder Abuse statutes exist in every state. Googling "elder abuse California" leads to  California Penal Code 368 PC defines elder abuse as the physical or emotional abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of a victim 65 years of age or older. The offense can be prosecuted as a misdemeanor or a felony, and is punishable by up to 4 years of jail or prison.

You may have been victimized by lead fraud from an IMO and have had sales that were replaced by agents that work for the same IMO or associated entity. Note that multiple IMOs are owned by the same parent organization.

You may have spoken to a fellow agent or prospect who has experienced these phenomena.

In either case, you have an ethical obligation according to your insurance license to report crime. The 50 states' Department of Insurance  have dedicated investigators.

Google "department of insurance complaint 'your state'" and file the complaint and details as a consumer.

    In California - https://cdiapps.insurance.ca.gov/CP/login/
    In Florida - https://apps.fldfs.com/ESERVICE/Default.aspx

    In Texas -  https://www.tdi.texas.gov/consumer/annuity-life-insurance-complaint.html

I am in the fight of my life and will walk you through the process. I can email you the audio interview of the former Senior VP who has provided us information.

For those who are true friends of justice, I would love you to do a recorded interview about your specific experiences. You will be hearing more details about the aforementioned Federal Defamation Trial in the future, and affidavits and witnesses will be needed.

  7. Hello , (Next video conference call in 45 minutes!)

The Following Bullet Points Explain the Current Situation:

NAAIP holds a 6 day per week video conference, and we tell the sad truth about the likely outcome of being a new insurance agent.

Common knowledge is that 92% of new agents will fail. These new agents will not renew their license in year four.

Included in these 8% that succeed are agents from NYLife, Mass Mutual, Northwest Mutual and financial advisors who are much more likely to succeed. The fail rate of agents that get recruited into entities that stress Final Expense, Mortgage Protection and "Building a team" has to be close to 97%.

The recruiters know these numbers, and they endeavor to profit by selling leads to the new agent. Recycled leads that are the equivalent of "data."

I hear these stories daily, and it breaks my heart. Agents being wiped out financially by getting an insurance license.

There are dozens of entities that recruit in this 97% fail market.

My advice would be to stop and think. Specifically, get a written guarantee of lead exclusivity from an entity that recruits agents into this 97% fail market. Be prepared to take legal action to protect your rights. Probably best to not buy leads from lead sellers who have a large database of gullible buyers.

Think about the concept of final expense whole life insurance. If you were a 65-year-old broke person without a burial plan, you have a few options.

If I were 65 years-old and broke, I would walk into the local funeral home and ask them for help. The licensed agent at the funeral home would present me a pre-need burial life insurance policy which has the feature that the premiums actually end, etc. In essence, don't sell in this market until you have put yourself in your prospect's shoes and have done the proper research.

Similar with mortgage life, which is term life for new homeowners. Mom, Dad and kids. Perfect for life insurance sales. Best rate for 35 year male non-smoker 1/2 million dollars of coverage for a 20-year term is $238.25 /year. How on G-d's green earth can the agent afford to buy the lead and do a home visit to sell this policy? There is not enough profit to actually do the best policy for the client. On the other hand, if you overcharge the new client with an uncompetitive carrier, you will be more likely to get a cancellation and forgo the opportunity to sell a bigger "retirement planning" type of policy in the future.

I invite new agents to analyze this mortgage protection market, and you may realize that the only way you can stay in business is to develop relationships that allow you to sell "retirement planning" type of policies eventually.

Build a team. The immediate upline is the guarantor of downline bad debt. Recruiting an agent that has a 97% fail rate and guaranteeing their debt does not seem smart. All the while, the MLM levels above you are encouraging you to "build a team." An added bonus to the MLM of you recruiting agents is that it allows them to sell recycled leads to more new agents. Gee, that help you lots.

Dozens of recruiters are in the new agent market. To cut to the chase, These recruiters don't like NAAIP.

Personnel at NAAIP have been threatened with defamation lawsuits.

Months ago, after being lawsuit threatened and having no desire to engage in any legal battles, NAAIP immediately ceased making references to specific carriers and recruiters.

As well, our licensed agent partners were lawsuit threatened and had no desire to accept referrals from NAAIP.

Imagine the legal fees that Amber Heard and Johnny Depp are paying. OMG.

On the other hand, there is a desire to protect innocent people.

Thankfully, there are 50 states and each state has dedicated personnel whose job is to investigate fraud. Obviously, lead selling fraud can potentially lead to churning and elder abuse. That is something that the 50 state departments of insurance would have to investigate and prosecute. NAAIP is not the government.

Certain states will only accept complaints from affected state residents. Be aware that NAAIP wants to protect the public from being defrauded and has evidence that will certainly help a state in its duties. To put it bluntly,  If you have been a victim of lead fraud, talk to me.

Congratulations to Mario Herfy who did an impressive job setting up a video at the top of his website and, as you scroll down, you see Mario's Team www.herfyfinancialgroup.com.

I made a link from NAAIP's home page to show Mario's site as an example website. This will help Mario's SEO. Talk to me if your website is impressive, so I can link it from NAAIP's home page.

  8. Hello, (Next video conference call Now!)

I have so much information about this business. It is mind-boggling. And I want to share this knowledge with you to help you succeed.

As an aside, the website builder technology that my company has built is superior to the competition and severely underpriced.

Combining these facts means that I cannot limit NAAIP to be another recruiter, upline or IMO. We would like to work with all insurance agents and financial advisors.

Obviously, if NAAIP were recruiting agents, then we would not be getting referrals from others.

Please join me now. Video Conference Call: Monday to Thursday Noon & Weekends 2pm ET

  9. Hello Agent,

Confessing or "getting it off one's chest" has great importance in the world's great religions as well as in psychoanalysis.

I Love Numbered Bullet Points - Here it goes.

    1. I love text messaging (also known as sms)  from 561-440-9245. During working hours I am texting from my desktop screen and off-hours I am addicted to my smartphone. I use www.dialpad.com phone, which rings to my cell when I don't pick up at my computer. Dialpad is a great business phone for $15 per month.

    2. NAAIP websites were lousy when we started was the real reason why we never contacted agents so much. If NAAIP contacted the agent, there would be a likelihood that the agent would "unsubscribe" from us and the agent would never know when our technology became good.

    3. NAAIP wants every agent in America to use our technology. Now that our technology is "superb", NAAIP can make demands but still must be a "great deal" for us to achieve our goal.

    4.  Modest demands and contacts is the modus operandi. NAAIP websites will always free-forever.

    • Yet, for sites over 5 hits
    • who do not refer their IMO/FMO/Upline to us
    • or refer agents to us.
    • There is a minimal charge to hide ads will appear on the site.
    • I appreciate those agents that are helping us pay our bills.

    5. There are 14,941 Registered NAAIP users already, and I would like that number to double in the next two years. Obviously, NAAIP has to be an incredibly "good deal" for the agent.

    6. YouTube is the next frontier. I will be concentrating on putting interesting videos online. I beg and plead that you subscribe to NAAIP's YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/c/naaiporg

    7. www.naaip.org/dental-plans is a non-insurance product that we are still making credits for the ad-free website if you make sales. Please contract and sell this product line.

  10. Hello Agent,

Lots of positive feedback from my previous email blast that went out to 14,751 agents. Uplines, IMOs and carriers have known about the NAAIP project for years and were somewhat awed by the number of agents who use our technology. NAAIP is a recruiting juggernaut.

We tried unsuccessfully to parley websites into being an upline ourselves. To say it bluntly, "it did not work."

There is a "Plan B" and I need your involvement. Speak to your IMO, FMO, team leader, upline or insurance company marketing department today.

Tell them that NAAIP is the perfect tool to:

    • Make the agent be impressive
    • Keep recruited agents loyal to the carrier, upline, IMO, etc.
    • Generate leads. Whether as a landing page/funnel when a prospect visits your site, or as an incentive-based tool to offer gifts to business owners.

NAAIP has the skill set to train/explain to agents on a multitude of insurance products/concepts during our 6-day per week video conference calls.

NAAIP has the ability to reciprocate and refer agents to uplines or insurers as a "thank you" for helping us become the industry default website builder.

Currently, we are not referring agents anywhere. I am hoping that this will change.

If you make the introduction to a decent-sized upline or insurer which refers agents to us, your NAAIP website will be advertisement free-forever for free.

The $12/month to keep your site advertisement free should be paid by your upline or IMO. But you have to make the request.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to help you earn more money.

  11. Hello {$name},

NAAIP is now laser focused on providing website building technology for all insurance agents and financial advisors.

Many of you have witnessed NAAIP's transformation into an industry-leading platform and moving forward I want IMOs, FMOs, team leaders and uplines referring agents to us.

Here is the plan. Your website is still free and always will be. Advertisements appear after 10 hits.

To hide those advertisements, a payment/loan of as little of $12/monthly is sufficient if paid 24 months in advance. $15/monthly - 12 months in advance. $18 - 3 months in advance and $21 - monthly.

Alternatively, in your NAAIP payment page, there is a box to input a sale in lieu of a payment. NAAIP wants to partner with various uplines to offer you an ad-free website for free.

Encourage your IMO, FMO or upline to call my office, so we can offer our services to more agents.

There are still places on NAAIP.org that gives the impression that we offer contracting services and are competing with IMOs. That content will be deleted/edited in the coming days.

Regarding my previous weeks' newsletter regarding FFL, Family First Life. The posts of Mindy Rutstein are no longer live on LinkedIn or Facebook. Since the negativity on Mindy's post are no longer live, I assume that Mindy's allegations were not true.

Going forward, I will be writing about things that I know about in my endeavor to help insurance agents and financial advisors.

Lead systems: The greatest lead system is incentive-based marketing. Offer your business owner clients your expertise in building a website. Do it for them (especially building trade professionals) and see your business skyrocket.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to help you earn more money.

  13. Unfortunately, NAAIP no longer offers contracting. This is an older era.

, NAAIP can offer agents the top contract from a Top 5 Mutual Life Insurer. Your job depends on understanding and explaining the benefits of a Mutual Insurer vs a "for profit" corporate owned insurer.

Agents must know that the Mutual Insurer is owned by the policyholders, and profits are paid out as dividends to the insurer's whole life policyholders.

I need you to learn the benefits of NAAIP's "Preferred Mutual Life Carrier."

    • More "Living Benefits" than anyone in the industry. It is a disability and LTC policy combined with life insurance.
    • #2 Market leader for Indexed Annuities / Pension Plans for business owners and public employees.
    • #1 Seller of Indexed Universal Life (IUL).
    • #9 Seller of Individual Life Insurance.
    • Focussed on "Middle America." Yet, a product line that competes favorably with captive insurers such as New York Life, Northwest Mutual, and Mass Mutual.
    • Selling Life Insurance since the 1840s.
    • Last, but not least. NAAIP offers agents a game changing, top-level contract. Direct pay from carrier. Vested from Day One.

Every NAAIP agent should request contracting, for our "Preferred Mutual Life Carrier." I will send you the contracting link, and you are expected to learn the product line, which can be done by attending the carrier's online webinars which are 5 days per week.

At my 6-day per week video conference calls, we can review the implementation of selling strategies. In essence, we are topping out the compensation levels with the expectation that you will be the rain-maker. That you will properly sell life insurance.

In a few days, NAAIP will be making "live" on your website Instant, Online Term Life. The agent of record for sales will be a NAAIP home office agent. Standard compensation will be 110%, which is extremely generous.

Direct contracts will only be offered to NAAIP subscribers or  those with an insurance website. A NAAIP home office employee will personally speak to every client to figure out from which website link the sale originated from. If the sale comes in from a paid or selling subscriber, then NAAIP will pay the agent 110% for the 20 and 30-year term. 100% on a 15-year term and 95% on a 10-year term.

An alternative for a non-subscriber is that you can tell us the name of the client who inputted the sale, and you will be paid at the standard 110% commission level.

If you are a non-subscriber and someone inputs a sale on your website, and you don't tell me the name of the client, I will be thankful for your generosity in helping finance the NAAIP tech project.

My previous email stated that pay would be 60% for non-subscribers. That is not a good idea, since you may have a higher commission term life insurer that you would be incentivized to replace the sale with.

Even though, You will have a simple and fast way to implement term life sales, I have to encourage you to properly learn this profession. Showing illustrations which show the benefits of permanent life insurance is how life insurance agents traditionally have earned their livelihood.

I expect that NAAIP subscribership will boom with this added incentive. This development incentives me to help you get your website working well. I am here to help you succeed. Please avail these wonderful opportunities.

  14. Hello,  It should be noted the NAAIP is being sued in West Palm Beach Federal Court for defamation by FFL, Family First Life. The following email is the major reason we are being sued.

Case No. 9:22-cv-80243-AMC. We are at the beginning stages of the court proceedings. Trial date is expected to be in April 2023. The initial email actually mentioned FFL instead of Lead selling IMO. It should be noted that this post has 83 hits so far on 6-4-22, when this post was unhidden.

"There is nothing new under the sun" as stated in The Book of Ecclesiastes.

New insurance agents come into this business excited about leaving the world of hard labor and small pay. These new agent bank accounts are prime target for being emptied by sophisticated fraudsters.

The newest and maybe greatest incarnation of a white-collar con job is what Lead Selling IMO is doing to tens of thousands of agents.

It is a high-tech campaign that is successful in its mission and causes individual agents to spend thousands of dollars on bogus leads.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has stepped in to protect gullible insurance agents with a cease and desist order - read here.

A big high five to Mindy Rutstein who has been posting on Facebook and LinkedIn, on this subject starting three weeks ago. Even before the FTC cease and desist or was publicly known. Below are Mindy's posts over the last three weeks.

(First post - three weeks ago) Lead Selling IMO Recruiters Lie and Lie and Lie. It is getting ridiculous.

I hop on Facebook and LinkedIn and I see Lead Selling IMO recruiters doing their darnedest to deceive and lie.

The latest incarnation is Todd Hausberger's post:

"According to Indeed.com in 2021, the average life insurance agent makes $111,829 @ Lead Selling IMO vs less than half at State Farm and other places."

This average salary claim has no basis in reality. Multitudes of Lead Selling IMO agents use https://www.naaip.org free-forever insurance agent website builder. We speak to Lead Selling IMO agents and almost all are broke and coming in and then out of this business.

This seemingly factual statement from indeed.com is so convincing that I have seen other Lead Selling IMO recruiters using 111K/per year salary line. It is total fraud. Designed to deceive.

Lead Selling IMO is a lead seller. Lead sellers lie frequently. I have to believe that Lead Selling IMO management is endorsing this fraud because so many Lead Selling IMO are lying regularly.

I continue with Mr. Hausberger Fraud Post. "Because they have the highest paying commission in the industry." "76% above the national average!!!"

Made up numbers and facts. Designed to deceive and defraud. To cause gullible agents to buy leads from Lead Selling IMO.

Obviously, in any system that you are a downline of a downline, etc., etc. will not have high compensation. New agents may not know this.

I do know that Lead Selling IMO encourages agents to sell Americo. Most Lead Selling IMO agent start at 100% while the upline is at 185% for this severely overpriced and easy to replace product line. A completely bad deal for consumers and agents alike.

Lead Selling IMO. I implore you to stop these fraudulent and deceptive posts which enrich your home office.

(Second post, two weeks ago) Lead Selling IMO, lying is endemic to their business model.

Lead Selling IMO lies are not victimless. My phone is ringing off the hook. I have internal documents that were sent to me from recruiters at level 145.

I am not sure what will happen first. A class action lawsuits against Lead Selling IMO or state attorney generals filing lawsuits.

Lead Selling IMO's business model involves lying and deception. This causes thousands of agents to empty out their bank accounts to buy their leads and go broke.

The issue of "highest commissions" is a lie. I know of places that new agents can start at Lead Selling IMO's level 135 or level 145 on Day 1.

On a training level, it is a joke. Lead Selling IMO model is to have gullible agents buy leads from day one. Which is terrible advice. But great for a lead seller.

(Third post, last week) Let's call a spade a spade. Lead Selling IMO, are fraudsters.

The federal government, the FTC, is now involved and awarded FFL a "Cease and Desist" to stop their fraudulent claims.

The Federal Trade Commission "has determined that Lead Selling IMO is unlawfully misrepresenting that consumers who become Lead Selling IMO business opportunity participants are likely to earn substantial income."

"Your business opportunity participants and representatives must immediately cease making all express and implied earnings claims that would be false or misleading to current or prospective participants."

"Receipt of these notices of penalty offenses puts your company on notice that engaging in the conduct described therein could subject you to civil penalties of up to $43,792 per violation."

The FTC wants "Lead Selling IMO to certify that Lead Selling IMO and its participants and representatives have ceased making express and implied earnings claims that would be false or misleading to current or prospective participants."

    Legal Overview:

In determining whether an earnings representation is likely to mislead consumers, courts consider the overall “net impression” it creates. Claims of “potential” earnings imply that such earnings are representative of what the typical participant achieves.

For the full FTC letter to Lead Selling IMO - click here https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/warning-letters/cease_and_desist_letter_to_family_first_life_llc-_12.27.2021.pdf - to see the original letter

Unfortunately, the FTC will not reimburse victims of Lead Selling IMO's fraudulent actions. NAAIP, www.naaip.org, will be spearheading a class-action lawsuit against Lead Selling IMO. Stay tuned.

Lead Selling IMO fraudulent claims were designed to sell gullible agents their recycled-overpriced leads. Numerous victims suffered financially.

To ensure that you are in the loop regarding joining the class-action lawsuit against Lead Selling IMO, please create the free-forever website builder designed for insurance agents at www.naaip.org.

(Fourth post, this week) Why Do I Care to Expose Lead Selling IMO as Fraudsters?

The answer: Lead Selling IMO are Fraudsters. That is a fact.

New agents are being wiped out financially by Lead Selling IMO's lies.

After speaking and corresponding with hundreds of Lead Selling IMO agents, my estimation is that the new agent is, on average, buying two thousand dollars in leads. I am assuming that Lead Selling IMO leads are being sold to an average of 7 agents.

One agent tells me, based on his insider knowledge, that each lead is sold to 7 different agents. I believe him.

One agent tells me that he bought a $500 batch of leads, and a girl in his office had the same names on her $500 batch of leads.

It is completely understandable how the Lead Selling IMO fraud works.

    * Make new, gullible agents believe that they have a real possibility to be earning $250,000 annual salary in twelve months.

    * These new agents know nothing. And all the new agent has to do is spend $750 a week on leads to be able to earn $250,000. Three weeks pass by and Lead Selling IMO has earned $2,250 selling garbage data.

    * Rinse and repeat. New agents come in to buy more leads based on the incredibly persuasive and false social media posts that have been given a Cease and Desist by the FTC.

Click here - https://lnkd.in/d7DkUKXs to see the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) order.

Please join https://www.naaip.org which provides free-forever website builder with quote engines for insurance agents. NAAIP will be spearheading a class-actions lawsuit against the fraudsters at Lead Selling IMO.

  15. Hello Agent,

Agents across the country are trying to figure out the best way to make a living selling life insurance / financial products.

I have spoken to tens of thousands of agents (at my 6-day per week video conference call) and have a good idea of what is going on.

    Here are your options:

New York Life - Career agents - Start at 55% commission and stay there.  I have been told that one can move to 90% compensation if you achieve 3 consecutive months of over 10K production. If you drop your production, then compensation goes back to 55%. You are an employee attached to a local office. Only able to sell NYLife, which means if you get fired or leave, you lose all future commissions

On the plus side, NYLife is a Mutual Life Insurer, which is HUGE. NYLife has in-house managers who walk you through how to make money. The trainers will prevent you from making huge mistakes, such as ignoring the fact that the main benefit of a life insurance policy is tax deferred and then tax-free income. Permanent life policies sold to middle and upper income clients is how a life insurance agent earns his/her livelihood

Americo - Independent agents - Marketing companies (IMOs) love Americo. I have seen Americo's IMO compensation grid and the upline is earning 185%! 185% is Huge. Substantially higher than anything I have seen. Severely over-priced products which are replaced with ease. Obviously, the sky-high upline commissions are built into the policy rates.

Most agents start at 100% for these products, with incentives to move up if numerous sales occur.

Americo is a privately owned company. Smaller policies will be sold, which is great for IMOs. Obviously, you would need to see numerous prospects to prosper.

If the client shops the competition after the Americo sale, oftentimes the client will cancel. That is the risk the agent takes when selling an overpriced policy.

Privately owned insurers are at a definite disadvantage versus Mutual carriers in selling bigger policies. To earn money in this business, one must be showing illustrations which highlight tax deferred and then tax-free income for retirement planning purposes.

Note: Mutual Insurers are owned by the policyholders and profits flow into policyholder's policies in the form of dividends. Agents will sell bigger,  retirement planning, permanent policies from mutual insurers because the illustrations show generous interest rates, etc.

NAAIP - We are not an IMO, we do not recommend specific carrier contracting to agents. At our 6-day per week video conference call, we can guide you in this business.

You are invited to use NAAIP websites as an incentive-based marketing tools. Sales are booming for agents that are taking my advice on this unique lead system

NAAIP has a 6-day per week video conference call that we can have an extended chat / tutelage. Implementation is paramount and implementation is up to you. I am not holding your hand

  16. Hello Agent,

I am excited about my new job, which is to instruct you how to make a living in this industry.

Facts That Are Relevant To Your Chosen Profession.

    1. Your job is to turn yourself into a needed professional that offers needed services.
    2. If #1 does not occur, or you don't even try to make #1 occur, it is probably best to find a job that pays a salary.
    3. US Federal employees have average incomes of (excluding benefits) of $90,510 in 2020. While the average length of service of these federal employees is 12.3 years.
    4. If you are not going to do the insurance selling career properly, then working for the federal government is a good idea.

The cost of living a middle-class American lifestyle keeps on going up.  Wasting a few years of your working years being "scammed" by a slick insurance agent recruiter is not good.

The vast majority of insurance agents that I speak to daily are completely befuddled as to their primary task in the insurance sales industry. As well, these same agents are "lost" as to pointing out the primary benefit that a life insurance carrier can offer.

This being the case, it is no wonder that most insurance agent recruiting organizations (IMOs) endeavor to wipe out the savings of recruits by selling leads.

NAAIP has a long-term solution for you desire to have a respectable profession with an upper middle-class lifestyle.

Talk to me, I can help you.

    Website News:

NAAIP is focused on having agents sell traditional life insurance and not selling burial policies to "broke" people. I arbitrarily moved the Final Expense quote engine lower in the page on your website if the FEX quote engine was at the header of your website. If you desire, you can go to your NAAIP back office and reverse the change at Edit Your Site > Quote Engines > Quote Engine Positions

Right now, our main programmer is working to implement "My Team."

Afterwards, the programmer will implement a GooglePay subscription option in addition to PayPal. PayPal increased their charges to above industry standard rates. Therefore, we will be incentivizing agents to change to GooglePay.

Then, the programmer will implement a seamless system in which agents can buy the personalized domain from NAAIP. We are trying to keep things simple.

Obviously, I would prefer if you sell insurance through our recruiter-level compensation and incentive-based marketing lead systems.

In two weeks we will begin uploading the additional four templates that are already built.

Concurrently, our junior programmer is working on our NAAIP's "White Label" and CRM system.

  17. My job is to teach you how to sell life insurance. I intend to succeed and you will benefit.

6 Facts Pertaining To Your Chosen Profession
    1. 92% of New Insurance Agents Fail Before Their License Renews in the 4th Year.
    2. This Explains Why IMOs that Recruit New Agents Are Lead Sellers.
    3. The Average Income of Experienced Insurance Agents/Advisors is Only $52,180.
    4. The Highest 10% of Agents/Advisors Will Earn More Than $125,000.
    5. It is Possible to Get Rich Selling Insurance, but It Won't Happen by Buying Leads from "Shyster" IMOs.
    6. NAAIP's Training Program Shows You How To Be a Top-Level Agent/Advisor Without Buying Leads.

You may say that I am being "over the top" but these are factual statements. Your job is to stay in business and since commission sales is not a "fun job" you should be earning double the average salary for this job to be worth your while.

The key bullet point in succeeding in life insurance sales is identifying the advantage that your product line has. Unequivocally I state: The advantage is Tax Deferred and then Tax Free Income.

The second bullet point is identifying what advantage you have in this process. Your communication and networking skills, passion in helping others and seemingly trustworthiness make you the ideal financial salesperson to illustrate "retirement planning" policies in which the average commission is between $3,000 and $5,000.

I am here to help you.

I know that just about every IMO that recruits new agents is out there to "scam" you. I have heard the horror stories.

Please join my 6-day per week video conference call by calling in or via the application - https://meetings.dialpad.com/naaip.

Let me show you the way to be a top-level producer with our Top 5 Mutual Life Insurer. Request contracting by emailing david@naaip.org.

In addition, please set up your free-forever website with NAAIP. You completed the first step of registering but never chose a template which would have created your website. I am here to help you. Contact me at your convenience.

In your NAAIP back office, you can see clearly the details of how you can receive advance commissions.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to help you earn money.

  18. Hello,

NAAIP was terminated for "lack of" production by the Final Expense / Simple Issue insurer that we publicized for over two years. Over 2,000 agents contracted and very few sales were made. A complete waste of time.

The lesson is that Final Expense / Simple Issue is geared for marketing companies that sell leads. For the most part, the agent will be poor and will stay poor while the IMO / Marketing Company gets rich and generates sales by high pressuring new agents to empty-out their bank account purchasing leads.

This marketing company technique is not something that I want to do because, at its core, NAAIP is a tech company.  I expect NAAIP technology to be America's and then the world's default website builder/crm for insurance agents/financial advisors. No need to "rip off" anybody.

I am learning this business and have become somewhat of an expert. I can tell you with a straight face that selling Retirement Planning (permanent policies) with a Mutual Insurer or selling Medicare is how agents earn money.

Furthermore, I now understand why NY Life's, Mass Mutual's, Northwest Mutual's captive agents are not allowed to offer any policies of less than 50K face value. Selling financial products to poor people will cause the agent to take his/her "eye off the ball."

Your job is to generate moneys for you and the insurance company while offering the client a needed product. The advantage that insurers have is the ability to offer an investment that grows tax deferred that eventually becomes tax-free. Perfect for retirement planning for middle to upper income people.

Additionally, the mutual insurer is owned by the policyholders. Profits of the insurer become dividends of the policy. Your job as a life insurance agent is to show illustrations and close deals on this type of policy. The average yearly premium for a retirement planning permanent policy is between three and five thousand dollars.

This is your profession. Your job is to learn the product line of NAAIP's favored Mutual Insurer, a top five carrier that has been helping families for over 150 years.

NAAIP is now partnered with a premier  trainer for insurance agents. My next newsletter will go into more detail about Jeremy Nason, If you decide to avail Jeremy's services use coupon code  https://ipsproshop.isrefer.com/go/naaiprs/NAAIP/ to save money on its monthly fee and seminars. On our six-day per week conference, I welcome input from agents that are participating in Jeremy's workshops.

    Website News Bullet Points

    • I arbitrarily changed the header image for all agents that kept our default header image.
    • 43 new header image options were inputted in your back-office
    • 50 new video header videos will be inputted in your back office in three days.
    • In four days, I will arbitrarily add three additional images to all agents that are using one still header image. You really should be using "slider header" or "video header."
    • "My Team" functionality will be added on all sites in seven days. This feature is needed by financial advisor firms with multiple employees
    • Afterwards, our programmer will upload an additional four template options. Each template takes a week to implement.
    • Our CRM/White-Label system is being worked on. Important for recruiters, especially.
    • NAAIP is transforming itself into a high-quality website builder platform for the financial sales industry.  I expect NAAIP to be the default platform for agents throughout the USA and the world.

I implore you to request contracting from me for our Top 5 Mutual Insurer, Our Medicare Contracting or even Dental/Health Discount Plans. Request contracting by emailing david@naaip.org.

  19. Hello Agent, 0⁰

Certain registrars, such as GoDaddy, requires that you stay with them for at least 60 days before you can transfer your domain to Cloudflare. To be clear, the payment to Cloudflare will credit your domain when the GoDaddy expires. You won't be double paying. It is easy to transfer your domain registration company. It is worthwhile.

NAAIP has been using Cloudflare for the longest time for their Content Delivery Network (CDN). Cloudflare is an industry leader with 1,800 employees and a stock market capitalization of 36 Billion Dollars.

Cloudflare specializes in website security and making websites faster. It is in your best interest to open an account and transfer your domain.

Additionally, NAAIP will now be hosting new personal websites using Name Servers and not IP address. This new technique is critical for NAAIP to simplify the hosting process. Currently, GoDaddy hosts one way for IP DNS and all others have a different technique.

With the Name Server technique, NAAIP will control your DNS and you will input your MX Records for business email and TXT Records for domain verification in your NAAIP agent back office.

    More Website News:

In a few weeks, we will arbitrarily change the default header image for all agents that did not make any changes to the background header. In addition, we will add three images to make the default slider header instead of just one image at the top of your site. I am waiting till our programmer gives another 50 header image and video options in your agent back office.

  20. Hello  Agent,

My goal is that NAAIP should be the default platform for America's insurance agents and financial advisors.

Being a high-quality website builder with multiple templates and quoters is not enough.

Agents need a steady lead system. A way to earn money.

Successful agents that are using our website builder as an incentive-based marketing system to offer business owners stunning websites and their expertise at SEO(moving up Google, Google Local & Maps).

You should do similar if you are not currently earning over $200,000 per year.

    Here is the plan.

    • Set up your website well, especially with your own 10-15 video second at the header.
    • Realize that NAAIP's FEX at 122%, Top-Five Mutual Insurer at 100% and Medicare, health, dental, and ancillary contracts are top-of-the-line.
    • Offer websites to business owners. Especially if you understand that the typical first year premium for a IUL/whole life sale from a mutual carrier for retirement planning purposes is between $3,000 and $5,000 per year.

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to make money in this business. But you do have to learn a product line, illustrate and close.

I am offering you for free an unprecedented selling system that will surely earn you $200,000 plus in yearly earnings. Good luck to you.

  21. Hello Agent,

    AEP 2021 Walmart/CVS/Walgreens Retail Program

    • Complete the Medicare certifications for AHIP and two Medicare Advantage carriers by September 1st, 2021.
    • Be in the store three days per week for a total of 20 hours per week between October 11th and December 7th,
    • Daily Reporting and pharmacy check-in.

Tell me if you are interested, and I will send you the contracting links and additional information.

Great information about Selling Medicare over the phone.

  22. Hello Agent,

For the longest time I have been shouting from the rooftop that NAAIP offers a better website experience than others in the insurance industry. Specifically because our websites are good at collecting visitor information. That is true because of the data capture powers of a quote engine on an insurance website.

Quote engines are not the only important attribute. It could be said that we were lacking in ease of editing, template options, video, slider shows, etc.

I implore you to revisit your NAAIP website and back office. You will conclude that my team built a world-class system that is exceptional.

We are still working on features before we turn NAAIP into an insurance agent MLM white-label juggernaut.

    Here is the timeline:

Most aspects of your website are now editable via inline editing (which means that you edit the website when you are on your website while logged in to your back-office.) This is an ergonomically pleasing editing system which other website builders use.

Our programming team is finishing up today, making all 6 template footers be editable. This is a good place to add a disclaimer, especially for financial planners. Currently, I see that template #1 has this feature.

My programming team will make available hosting websites via Name Servers in addition to the current method of IP address. This is a bit technical, but it will make it simpler for agents to host websites with all domain registration companies. The end game is that insurance agents should be setting up websites for business owners. We have to make it simple. This task should take us ten business days.

I really love video at the top of NAAIP websites. We will be uploading another 70 video header options to be easily uploadable to your website. Even though I believe that the best option is for you to upload your personal image to head your website.

There will be another 60 header images. If you are using a slider header, then you need more good image options. The video and image task will take approximately 25 business days because every video and image needs to be compressed and sized according to the templates.

There will be an "Our Team" section in which agency owners can place an image of their brokers/employees in a neat manner with descriptions of what that individual does. This task should take 10 business days since most of the programming has been done already.

We will be adding another four insurance agent/agency/financial advisor templates. The total templates on NAAIP website will be ten. This task should take 20 business days since the templates are already built.

Finally, we will be concurrently building a CRM (customer relationship manager) and a White-Label system. White-Label means that agents and recruiters will be able to offer NAAIP website builder/CRM to other businesses and insurance agents and those entities will have no idea that NAAIP exists. This task should take between three and six months.

We can speed up the time frame of the CRM/White-Label if we hire another programmer. I appreciate all those that are subscribed to NAAIP and those that are selling via our upline.

Those over 25 hits that are not subscribed to NAAIP via selling or paying, see the following message on your website.

  24. Hello , - Note: NAAIP does not offer insurance company contracting.

An Amazing Integration. NAAIP and a Top Five Mutual Life Insurer.

    Finally, we made the connection.

Mutual insurers are easier to sell. For the most part, career insurance agents and financial advisors sell for a major mutual insurer that concentrates on retirement planning. A mutual insurer will pay between 5 and 6 percent on whole life insurance policies which is used to fund a retirement.

If you understand what I am writing you will appreciate the fact that I can offer you the highest possible compensation (100%).

If you don't understand that the most lucrative sector of the life insurance industry is retirement planning then I invite you to do a deep dive and start making a living.

    I am here for you.

This newsletter is circulated to the over 13,000 plus NAAIP agents and my agreement with the Top Five Mutual Life Insurer is to not publicize their name online, on YouTube or even on this newsletter. The insurer has multiple venues recruiting at substantially lower compensation levels which is why they do not want us to publicize the affiliation.

Regardless, your job is to stay in business and I know that you must be proficient in selling for retirement planning whether that be iul, whole, ul, term, annuities, pension plans for business, etc. Nothing beats a mutual  insurer, in which the policyholders own the insurer and  company profits are returned to the policyholders in the form of dividends.

Medicare News: We have just about all Medicare supplement, Advantage, hospital indemnity and health carriers. Email me requesting contracting. If you are contracted and certified with three Medicare Advantage carriers I can set you up with a booth at Walmart, Krogers, CVS, Publix, Walgreens, and/or others. We must act early to be set up properly. We have leads: For every 8 Medicare Advantage sales you get 1,000 free mailers.

  25. Starting today at 12 Noon ET, I will be living streaming my 6 day per week conference calls on YouTube.

Concurrently, on www.uberconference.com/naaip  I will be doing screen-sharing. You will see my incredibly interesting admin back-office. I cannot, sincerely, show the world my admin back-office with all that personal information on a recorded video call.

As well, conversing with me can be done via telephone or via the Uberconference app. YouTube does not permit viewers to talk. Only to post chat messages.

Please subscribe to my YouTube Chanel - NAAIP's YouTube Chanel

I appreciate those agents that are paying us the $14.99/month to hide the advertisements on your website. Initially, we only requested $9.99/month which sadly is not enough to pay for our hosting and SSL certificates.

There are a few improvements that our programmers are finishing up before I will increase the $9.99 monthly PayPal payments to $14.99/month.

Those improvements are related to adding more video and image options to the header of your website. As well, we will be adding a four template options.

Later on, we will have a CRM and Last Will and Testament.

I promise you that we will not go over $14.99/month for the foreseeable future (at least 5 years). Those paying $9.99/month should expect their PayPal bill to rise to $14.99 after May 15th.

You should know that you have the option to sell through NAAIP as the up-line and I will refund whatever payments you have paid to us.

We recently added the entire Medicare Advantage, Supplement, Health, Ancillary product lines. Please tell me if you want game-changing good commissions and lead systems on this product line.

    • We are seeing lots of success with Final Expense sales with United Home Life. Please appreciate that NAAIP is offering all agents' recruiter level contracting and has 5 different whole life polices. From GI to preferred.
    • Recruiter level contracts is what NAAIP does. We connected with a TOP 5 Major Insurer that is allowing us to contract agents at recruiter level under the provision that we don't publish their name online or on our bulk emails. Please avail this opportunity.

See my face and my computer screen at www.uberconference/naaip, or you can call in at the phone number listed at the footer. The link to our uberconference account is always at the header of NAAIP.org where you see the word "conference call." Next call is at NOON ET in 5 minutes.
